Pros: Easy and affordable. No problems checking in or out and the staff was very friendly.
Cons: There was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower. Also, the electrical outlets could be upgraded.
Pros: comfortable and nice place for the price we paid
Pros: Everything else.
Cons: No air conditioning.
Pros: Very nice manager. Convenient to highway. Adequate space in room.
Cons: No AC, clean enough, but shabby. Too easy to hear sounds from neighboring rooms (but luckily our neighbors were pretty quiet).
Pros: Great Motel, very nice rooms. Wonderful owner, gives great suggestions - dining at the Public House - where food was absolutely delicious! Truly recommend to try. Hidden gem. Hard to find something like this in Denver.
Cons: Rather noisy traffic, in front and behind motel.
Pros: First off, I didn’t realize our room came with a separate kitchen so that was a big plus for me and my husband. Our room was very clean despite it being a bit older. It was very close to the hot springs area so that’s a plus for us.
Cons: It didn’t have AC, but the owner told us that we can use the fan that was provided in the closet. The place is in the shade most of the time but during the day it can get a bit stuffy.
Pros: Large kitchenette, more like a full kitchen with dining table and seating for four. Nice amenities of towels and robes for visiting hot springs. Overall, comfortable room. A hidden gem.
Cons: No light in the shower.
Cons: Charged for pet clean up, after I took extra care to clean up after my bird. My bird stayed in his cage, and I was undeserving of a cleaning charge. Nickel and dime
Pros: Manager was great. Property is real old, but kept clean other than gravel/dirt parking.
Cons: Better parking pavement. Real air conditioning.
Pros: Great hotel motif with real knotty pine wood room walls. large bedroom with king size bed. Separate living room with sofa, dining table & chairs. Excellent location for fishermen & hunters. Unique, enjoyable experience. It was fun to stay here.

Pros: The staff was wonderful with my very late check in.
Cons: Noisy neighbors that were up early
Pros: The bed was firm, it was easy to locate, it was within the Park,
Cons: Parking was difficult, communication with the staff was difficult, the room was small as the king size bed consumed most of the space.
Pros: Clean and maid servjce
Cons: No a/c
Pros: Room was adequate with everything we needed.
Cons: Hard, squeaky beds. No AC so very stuffy even with the fan provided. Tight quarters for 3 people- glad we didn’t have 4. Overpriced but I suppose that’s because of the area. No food.
Pros: Great staff, Quaint setting. Nicely refinished interior.

Pros: The whole experience of staying there. A cooked breakfast as was usual in earlier times.
Cons: I found nothing I didn't like. The atmosphere was of a high class motel of a bygone era.
Pros: Nothing Very disappointed Way over priced
Pros: Although an older model it was very clean and had was well maintained. Would stay there again!
Pros: It was a very simple old style motel. When I saw the property my heart sank a little and I wondered what I had gotten myself into. I was to stay for four days. Once checked in, I was overjoyed with the cleanliness of the room, the mountain views from my windows, the comfortable bed, the great staff. It was a very pleasant surprise and I’d stay with them again and again!
Cons: I wish the doors had a little more security to them. There was just a deadbolt- no chain or other contraption to keep people out. Also- stayed during a 5k mile road trip and Granby CO had the heaviest police presence I saw the entire trip. Don’t speed thru town. BEWARE.
Cons: No hot tub!
Pros: Location and staff were very good. Refrig and stove in room were a plus.
Cons: Only two towels and washcloth. No bath mat. Bed was poor. AC flowed directly on beds. Cold floor.

Pros: The hot tub/pool area was nice
Cons: The building in general seems to be falling apart, and our room was very outdated, small and generally icky.
