Pros. The location is extremely convenient as you can walk right into the Galleria
Cons. Everything had a tagged-on extra charge to it, including delivery charges for room service. What is the alternative - pick up from kitchen? Breakfast costs $30, which makes no sense for a continental buffet in a hotel.

Cons. Manager was hot/cold. Our expedia reservation was ow to co.e thru so we went for dinner. We asked if they would honor the rate for a second room and the manager said sure and then proceeded to put tax on top of the all inclusive rate I asked him to match. It was only $22 but still it was not what the rate was. At this point the manager intisted on staring me down to get me to praise and agree with him that he was doing me a major favor. Are we iin 3rd grade and he is my teacher? Really? I should have walked out but we were exhausted from Bush was travel as I was just returning on a pit stop from ASIA. We checked out the next morning from this under co struction hotel and stayed at Marriot the balance of the week for business. Guess customer first is something of a scarce commodity here at the top level mtg. Underlings were actually fabulous surprisingly. Bottom line - overpriced for what you get compared to elsewhere.
Cons. The agency ( Kayak ) didnot my reservation to the hotel i was stuck for 4 hours with no solution , later on I got email with refund.
