Pros (+) The staff was excellent, especially the front desk. Bonnie Gray and the other man (an University of Houston, Hotel and Restaurant Management student, whose name I can't remember right now unfortunately) were very professional and kind. The were the best part.
Cons (-) I wish the Starbucks at the hotel would accept payment via the phone app.
Cons (-) The remote control for the television in was inoperable. Neighbors in the room next door had an extremely noisy party, which made sleeping difficult.
