Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, which is close to train stations, shops, and attractions, making it convenient for exploring the area. Many also appreciated the breakfast selection and found the rooms to be comfortable and clean. However, a significant number of guests were disappointed by the lack of air conditioning, especially during hot weather, and some experienced issues with room amenities such as noisy fans or small bathrooms. While some staff were described as friendly and helpful, there were also reports of rude or unhelpful service. Overall, the hotel is highly valued for its prime location and decent breakfast, but improvements in amenities and service consistency would enhance the guest experience.AI-Generated from customer reviews
