Pros:

Hertz was very professional and efficient. Simple in and out process. I dealt with three employees in total and one was more helpful than the next. Good group of guys.

The location is a bit cramped.

Was surprised to find out that the car did not have cruise control, as every other car that I have ever rented has had that feature. Would have been nice for our long trip.
