allowed early check-in. coffee pot, microwave in room smallish room...charged extra for additional coffee packets.
The staff was friendly and attentive. All was good. No issues - clean, convenient, comfortable.
Double Queen Suite: very comfortable beds; clean room; soft & fresh linens; suite was somewhat smaller than pictured but adequate for what little time was spent in the room. Could use an electrical outlet closer to table for computer use. Parking is a little tight for larger pickup parking. Swimming pool is very small. Kitchen had adequate supplies..silverware; cups; plates, cooking pots/pans, etc. and were clean. Overall decent accommodations and would stay there again.
Clean, friendly, responsive staff. Dog friendly! Even though this time I didn't have a dog. Good location. Good price. Just that there were noisy people (with children) overhead. Would have preferred that they had been on ground floor and we were on the floor above.

The room was very clean and the stay was good. I rate in excellent in the category it's in---an economical motel that is clean and had a friendly staff and in a good location.
Bed comfortable Noise from upstairs and breakfast was poor. Breakfast lady was super friendly.
Room was clean, tv was big. I paid for the room online the day of my stay, when I got to the hotel there were signs everywhere saying if there would be a $50 charge if you brought pets into the room. I was traveling with my cat and didn't see anything about their pet policy on the website I used to pay for the room. They wouldn't give me a refund due to their refund policy so I figured I either lose 50 bucks or 75, and I brought my cat in. The woman at the hotel deactivated my card key and wouldn't let me back in the room I paid for until I signed an additional receipt for the pet charge, then she let me back in the room but said I needed to leave immediately, even though it was hours before my checkout and nothing about their pet policy indicates you have to leave. I hadn't even showered yet, but the lady came by every few minutes to beat on the door and I left very unhappy. Terrible customer service. Not worth the $125 I ended up having to pay.
