10.0 Excellent
Pros: Atmosphere....landscaping
Cons: Needs nicer hot tub and hot tub area to enjoy the beautiful grounds
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Staff is very attentive. We were there for a meeting and the whole facility from the lodging, food, meeting rooms etc., were well thought out.
Cons: Building access to the sleeping rooms is limited to one end of the building which makes sense but also made for longer walks from the parking area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Really appreciated the shuttle service!
Cons: Can't think of anything.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The facility, property, and amenities were nice.
Cons: On the first night our car was broken into and a very sentimental wedding gift was stolen from the vehicle. We were notified by security at 0130, the police didn't come until 0330, and we got NO sleep because of it all. All that Manager Marc was willing to do was allow us to check out early without a cancellation fee!?!?! After several conversations he finally agreed to refund the second night. Hardly any compensation for the stress, grief and cost of the whole incident considering the vehicle was owned by a family member so now we have to pay the $500 deductible, $288 for a rental car, and not to mention the cost of replacing the wedding gift. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SOLELY BECAUSE OF THE TREATMENT WE GOT FROM MANAGER MARC, NOT ONLY WILL WE NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN BUT I WILL TELL FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO NEVER STAY THERE AS WELL!!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: 5 mins from Sea-Tac. Perfect place for night layover in Seattle.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the layout of the hotel. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. I would stay there again, and I would recommend it to anyone.
Cons: I did not like that there was an extra cost for Valet parking, nor did I like the room size for the price. The menu was also a bit pricey.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Everything. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. The resident lounges throughout the hotel with 24/hr snack access was great. The restaraunt served excellent food.
Cons: While waiting to change rooms I received a few uptight an accusatory calls from a guy at the front desk asking when I'd be checking out- not friendly and stuck up. I was packed and ready to move and just had to wait around in my room for about 3 hours until I was finally moved, to a very nice sweet that smelled of debauchery (day after a large wedding) and lots of snacks crushed and stuck in between the couch cushions.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed, free snacks, good breakfast
Cons: Charging to park
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great food! Luxurious. People super friendly. Beautiful room, nice details.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Free breakfast and snacks, very accommodating. Free shuttle anytime.
Cons: Didn't have tub in our room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: So much better than “close to the airport”
Cons: Liked everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was one of the nicest places... and I've paid much more in other places!

Hyatt Regency Lake Washington - Renton - Building
3
9.1 Excellent (574 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Seattle's newest waterfront hotel located on the shores of Lake Washington looking toward Seattle. The hotel is located at the Southport development, 7.8 Miles, 10-15 minutes from SeaTac Int'l airport. Featuring 347 guestrooms and suites, a full service restaurant, 24 HR Market and over 60,000 sq ft of event space. The hotel is surrounded by office, residential and over 50 acres of public park, perfect to experience the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The view is breathtaking. New hotel, very clean, high end fixtures and details in the room. The bed is so comfortable with a variety of pillows (soft, firm, thick, thin) for every type of sleeper. The view of the lake is just spectacular. We were on a high floor so in the morning, the first thing we saw was boats on the water. Just lovely.
Cons: Parking lot is not complete yet so there is limited parking and it is a long walk from self parking into the hotel. There is no attendant, so the hotel staff give you a tag to hang on your mirror to ensure that your car is not towed. It is way to far of a walk to expect older people to do that, let alone travelers with a bunch of luggage.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great view and convenience of shopping center close by
6.2 Good
Pros: Room and bathroom weren't bad..However, I've stayed at cheaper but better rooms.
Cons: I booked a deluxe king with view room... the only view I had was of the building directly across from me. The front desk claimed that they had over sold the "full view" rooms. I still ended up paying the same price for the room that had a "building view". It was quite disappointing.

Cons: no soy or almond mike for those allergic to dairy.

Pros: The shuttle service was consistent, professional, and very helpful as I made my way as a tourist in Seattle.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Very nice room and spacious bathroom. Bed could've been a little softer though.
Cons: No refrigerator in the room was disappointing.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Late evening arrival. Prompt shuttle device. Quiet, clean room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast and ride to airport. Just what we were looking for.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We use this Hampton Inn when ever we have an early flight out of SEA-TAC. It is fairly new and well kept. Prices are reasonable. I can't speak to the breakfast as we generally are gone before service starts. They will put up a snack bag for you. A short walk to Dave's Diner is a good option as well as other places to eat in the area.
Cons: Nothing negative about it since the road construction is done.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Bed was a bit too firm! Very well situated and convenient business area in room.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very helpful, nice area to stretch your legs or go for a run in the morning before our long flight.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My family have had Alaska vacation during Thanksgiving, and stayed in Hampton overnight before returned to Nashville. The experience in your hotel is excellent! We recommend the hotel immediately to other family members and our close friends at the night we stay! We are sure will come back again if we have the chance to visit Seattle in the future!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, efficient and convenient for those traveling via SEA-TAC and in need of an overnight stay. They offer free shuttle service to and from the airport. Pickup from the airport was a simple phone call away and I was picked up right away. In the morning hours, the shuttle runs every half hour to take folks to the airport. Absolutely efficient and convenient. Hotel was clean and everything in working order. All the staff I interacted with here very pleasant and polite. I didn't try out their free wifi since I got in pretty late and went straight to bed. Free hot and continental breakfast in the morning was nice. I would definitely stay here again.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Loved the layout of the king suite, very homey!
Cons: The bed was too firm and uncomfortable

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very nice and accomidating. They had a great variety of foods to eat for breakfast and cookies at the front desk. I liked the convenience store for those items you may have forgot and need in a jiffy. Clean room and right off interstate 5 so it was very easy to get in and out of. Pool was decent and the hot tub was nice and relaxing.
Cons: I think they could use one more elevator so the staff workers dont have to share with the guests
8.8 Excellent
Pros: - Indoor hot tub, pool, & cleanliness of the facility - Next to Freeway & mall shopping
Cons: Distance from city center & a bit hidden away
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The facility itself was just average but the staff....primarily the front desk staff made all the difference. The service there was world class.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Cheap, clean, and super friendly staff.
Cons: It's a little far from Seattle, but I'm assuming that's why it was so cheap. Traffic wasn't bad at all, and there were no issues.

Pros: Just here overnight, room had a nice modern decor and bed was really comfortable- soft and warm, good pillows. I was on the 5th floor and the room was quiet with good blinds. My breakfast at the hotel restaurant was excellent (frittata style omelet & fruit), they brought me a special coffee drink from the coffee bar across the lobby, and they had some interesting menu choices like bbq pork buns for breakfast showing they cater to more than just American palates. Best of all, the staff (I interacted with staff in reception, restaurant, valet, shuttle driver, cleaning staff) were all incredibly friendly and helpful - really outstandingly nice service. That means a lot to me. Would definitely stay here again. Free shuttle to airport and light rail station a plus.
5.4 Okay
Cons: we had to use the tap water from the bathtub for showering, we paid $240/night, very disappointed

9.7 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Free shuttle. Modern rooms. Great staff.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Close to the airport and has a shuttle
Cons: Front desk gave my pre-paid reservation to someone else with a similar name (fair mistake, but sloppy one) and it took a while to sort out losing us valuable sleep before an early flight. They then authorized my card for an additional $250+ and have not reversed it a week later. The staff was nice throughout, but clearly this place is horribly disorganized opetationally. Also, did not receive a single concession for all of the trouble. Would recommend staying somewhere else.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the Link to get downtown and to the airport. Has the amenities you need. Would love a spa there!
Cons: No spa
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were on the small side, but everything was clean a mind in good shape. I felt it was a great value. You can walk to and from the airport. The hotel right next to the light rail station.
Cons: Rooms were on the small side and breakfast started at 6am on Saturday which was too late for me since I needed to be in line at the airport by 6am.
6.5 Good
Pros: The hotel was located conveniently close to the airport and was comfortable.
Cons: Had to wait 30 minutes for a shuttle. Attempted to call the hotel after waiting 10 minutes in the shuttle area- there was no answer on the shuttle line. After calling the hotel directly they said shuttle would be there in less than 10 minutes. It took another 20 minutes before the shuttle arrived. Once on the shuttle it took 5 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel. Desk clerk did not offer an apology when I explained what happened. Incredibly frustrating! The bathroom smelled like a port-a-potty from time to time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: I hate all you can eat meals! I eat small breakfast and price the same for toast and yogurt or all you can eat
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Very close to airport. Clean. Friendly staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, making sure our stay was as carefree as possible. They even held our excessive amount of checked baggage after checkout so we wouldn't have to carry it around with us during our 22 hour layover with no additional charge. I would recommend this as a place to stay for any traveller.
Cons: No continental breakfast (they do have an all you can eat buffet in their restaurant, but you do have to pay).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient to airport. Within walking distance.
7.4 Good
Pros: Clean and modern hotel.
Cons: No continental breakfast. Also better space for personal downtime would be a great amenity.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: King bed is too firm for my taste
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable, and a short walk to the airport in the morning.

Pros: We had to find a hotel for the night after a garage fire forced us out of our condo for the night. The Best Western Plus Plaza by the Green was so clean and comfortable - seemed new - we all slept really well after a stressful day. The front desk clerk had excellent customer service skills - we felt he was very friendly while juggling 3 guests at once, and he was very accommodating of our needs for an airport shuttle the next morning. We checked in around 9pm and I was happy to see a late-night cookie offered in the lobby - nothing like a little chocolate to help me count my blessings! Hot breakfast was plentiful and delicious and enjoyed with a morning paper and a relaxing view of the golf course. I would stay here again for the great value, free parking, shuttle service and close proximity to the airport.

Pros: This motel was clean and comfortable. Good value for the money. Free airport shuttle service every 30 minutes was greatly appreciated.
Cons: Check in was very slow. It took about an hour due to heavy volume of airport passengers whose flights were unexpectedly delayed that were directed to stay there by Delta Airlines. There was only one desk clerk on duty and it took her a long time to register guests.

Pros: Friendly and welcoming from the first hello to the final check out. Smiles and pleasantness set the tone for a far too brief experience. This location is a little further than where normally stay but it may be worth the drive for the ease and warmth Debrah and Team shows. There was nothing fake or phoney the seemed very genuine. Hotel seems new and well maintained.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: Beds were so comfortable Good room service
4.0 Okay
Pros: I liked my money being refunded secondary to the incredibly poor customer service, being moved to another room due to maintenance issues, and no refrigerator as advertised. The only plus to staying to here is that it is a direct road to the airport.
Cons: I didn't like paying for an upgraded room so I could see a sliver of the Puget Sound (not worth the extra charges between a traditional versus a deluxe room). I didn't like being treated poorly when we complained about maintenance issues or the lack of a refrigerator in the room. I definitely didn't like the fact that we had to move to another room due to the deadbolt not functioning properly. I didn't appreciate having to call housekeeping and have some gentleman crawl into our shower, twice, as there were no toiletries in the shower (there are dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower). It was an inconvenience to have to call for a refrigerator to be brought to our room, then moved to our second room, as they don't furnish refrigerators in their rooms (even though it is advertised as such in deluxe rooms). And what is that smell in the common areas and lobby?
4.2 Okay
Pros: The lobby is the nicest part of the property. When we checked out I asked the nice young lady at the front desk why we had been placed in a substandard room in a nearly empty hotel. She apologized and offered to comp our parking charges. Still disappointing.
Cons: Four Points Seattle is a “no frills” hotel, the lobby does not reflect that fact, but the restaurant and rooms do. Our room was small and the two places to sit in the room were uncomfortable. The bed was ok to me, my wife hated it. The restaurant was spartan, plastic and metal furniture with one window, and way over priced for a “no frills” hotel. The three staff members we came in contact with were very nice, friendly. During our three day stay, the hotel was mostly empty, we saw one other couple in the elevators in our comings and goings. We were given a room with a horrible view, a section of a roof and the exterior back wall of the hotel… why..? the place was empty. I could have gone down to the front desk and complained, but this is a Starwood Property, I should not be forced to complain to be taken care of in a nearly empty Starwood Property. If I am forced to complain, you have failed.

Cons: The number of adults hanging out at the entrance/ pool area that were drinking and having adult conversation was more than I am comfortable with while traveling with family.

Pros: convenient location
8.0 Excellent
Cons: The accessible room we had was on the 4th floor. If there was a fire in the building there was no way for myself in a wheelchair to escape the building as the elevators are shut down, per your signage. The accessible rooms should be on ground level.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I needed a room for one night because I was driving a long way to pick up a new cat. I looked around and found this hotel at Hilton Garden Inn for the price of many other hotels. The was truly upscale, very nice, very clean on the 4th floor, nice view.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The consistent high level of service.
Cons: Food quality in the restaurant could be better, i.e., when I ordered a hamburger I got the equivalent of a "slider" portion that was over cooked. I sent it back and it was done right the second time but still an extremely small patty given the price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything about this hotel. One of the people that was in our party is in a wheelchair and I am his care provider the room accommodations were perfect. We were able to get a connecting room so I could help when needed.
Cons: The only small thing I could think of is we had to go to the 2nd floor for ice.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel employee at the front desk was amazing. He offered to put some of our items in a fridge for us, gave us a tray to carry beverage, allowed us to pick out our room and view. He had exceptional customer service.
Cons: Both soup choices in the restaurant. One had too much blue cheese. The other soup; sausage and white bean was bland. The fan did not work. However, I did not mention this until check out I am sure that the front desk would have fixed it immediately.

Pros: I liked the king bed but it wasn't worth the $300 that I paid for one night.
Cons: The price. Way too expensive for the quality. And the breakfast buffet didn't start until 6:30. Would have been nice before our flight back home.

4.8 Okay
Pros: The room the next day.
Cons: Arrived at the hotel on time at 2 am and learned they had given our room away. The plan was to spend time with family at the hotel before my sisters funeral the next day. We were told, that if a card holder...regular customer needs a room the hotel will bump someone who was reservations. And there were no rooms in the area. They wanted to put us in a hotel 10 minites away (really 20), it was a good thing we didn't do that because due to work on the freeway people coming to the funeral from that direction were an hour late. We ended up waking up my grieving parents at 2:30 AM and sleeping on the floor at their house. They did comp one night the next day, so what! I didnt want a free room, I wanted a room. When my wife asked, " if had we not shown up would we have been charged for our room?" the woman behind the desk turned red and would not answer.
