Pros: The bed was unbelievable comfortable, as were the pillows. And, although we didn't use it, it was nice that there was a Kuerig and mini fridge in the room.
Cons: Our room had a really bad musty/moldy smell. I'm not sure what was causing it but it's definitely something that needs to be deal with. Apart from that, we had a great stay.
Pros: Easy access to hotel. Excellent breakfast. Close to food places.
Cons: Hotel needs to improve maintenance in the room. While room was adequate the door lock had the screws coming loose. Better caulking around bathtub and wall would give bathroom a finished look.
Pros: The cleanliness of the room and the breakfast.
Pros: Loved everything, the room was nice, spacious, and very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly
Cons: Nope...loved it
Pros: Hotel definitely exceeds it rating - Everything new renovated, indoor pool , Internet, breakfast exceeded expectations . Check in a breeze . Great stop off for trip to the Adirondacks .
Cons: No microwave or refrigerator in room -hotel under construction (no warning ior signs indicating) very disappointing considering I was traveling with children and paid almost --- for one night stay . The only plus was that the staff was very.apologeti
Pros: Location on the thruway.
Cons: Remodeling so sharp, dangerous objects everywhere. Spiders in bathroom.
Pros: The hotel was clean. Location easy to get to.
Cons: NOISE!! The walls are PAPER THIN. I was up until 2 am at night, hearing sounds of people thumping above my head, or talking in either the room next door or above me. I called staff, and the person was new - she even agreed that the wall must be thin.
Pros: This hotel is very clean. If I go back to Catskill, I would love to stay there again.
Cons: Everything was great!
Pros: Pool, hot tub, location, and breakfast was very nice. Staff friendly and rooms are very nice and clean!!
Cons: Internet is so slow that it is not worth trying to log on!! I am not exaggerating, it is so slow that I will try to find another place to stay. They told me before Chrismas that it would be fixed in a couple weeks. Still not!!
Pros: The staff was amazing. Everyone was helpful and kind.
Cons: Places in the area close early. Had to get food from a gas station so we could eat.

When visiting Hudson, 26 Warren B&B is a great choice to consider. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and full breakfast daily between 8 AM and 10 AM. Rooms feature conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Cons: It supplied the bare minimum..cable was out and when I asked if it was just our room and could we then change rooms to a TV that worked the owners response was that "we had already used the room". We sat on the bed for all of ten minutes, and to tell a customer that we can't have what we paid for was completely rude and unprofessional. The phone was not working so we had to use our personal cellphone to contact the front desk and there was used bandaids in the trash that was never emptied out. Sheets were also riddled with stains..gross!
Enjoy your visit to Chatham with a stay at Chatham Travel Lodge. Guests will have free perks like WiFi and self parking. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: Beds are super comfortable! Staff is very nice and helpful. You cannot beat the location if you want to peruse the Warren Street shops. The complimentary breakfast is a nice feature! Amazing value for the money!
Cons: Poor maintenance, staff tried, but lacked knowledge. Very poor attention to detail with apparently lazy mangement.
Pros: Great location, friendly service, and quiet.
Pros: Friendly staff and clean rooms
Cons: Breakfast ends at 9am sharp. Fitness center access ends at 11am

Blue Spruce Inn & Suites is a great choice for a stay in Valatie. After having fun at the seasonal outdoor pool, you can grab a bite to eat at the coffee shop/café. Rooms offer microwaves and free WiFi.
Cons: I thought it was pricey for the quality of room/motel.
Pros: Friendly, courteous staff. Excellent location, easy to find, great view, quiet.
Cons: Breakfast was disappointing. Only carbs, not even cereal. Room had a stale, musty smell that never went away even after AC on high. Limited channels on TV and we could not find local weather.
Cons: AC did not work, breakfast was minimal and COST was ridiculous at $--- for a one star hotel. STAFF WAS SO NICE and room and outside was clean even pretty.
Cons: Room has musty smell, furniture etc is in old condition. Staff is seldom present to answer questions, no coffee available there than small window of time in the morning. No hair dryers. Bathroom is small and cold in November. Rest of room well-heated.
If you are looking for a room merely to sleep in, you've found it. For all other purposes, this motel is sad and decrepit. The staff is unhelpful, and the rooms are uncomfortable.
Cons: Room was uncomfortable. The man at the desk was surly and unwelcoming. He even laughed at the fact that the hotel had a problem with our reservation, telling us we were lucky to get his last room. (It was 1am and snowing in the middle of nowhere.)
Pros: Location - pleasant staff
Cons: Only a half roll of tissue paper in washroom. Carpet smelled of mold, really small shower
Older hotel, but clean.
Pros: The location was perfect for us. Appreciated the mini fridge. Easy access to hiway and easy to find.
Pros: convenient location
Cons: Bathroom could have been cleaner
It has a new pool which we did not have time to try, the early morning was pleasant with a beautiful view. An outside area has two very nice sitting spots where you can enjoy the view.
Pros: Friendly personnel, very accommodating, nice continental breakfast.
Cons: The first room on the ground floor was a little damp and musty feeling, so my wife & I asked for a 2nd floor room which was very nice.
When visiting Canaan, Berkshire Travel Lodge is a great choice to consider. Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool, and free perks include continental breakfast, WiFi, and self parking. A terrace and a garden are offered, and rooms have conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: The Red Carpet Inn is a truck stop. My room was clean, there were no bugs--cockroaches or bedbugs--the staff were friendly and the price was reasonable. I found it to be an o.k. place to spend two nights.
However, if you are particular or have high expectations, you should not stay here. You get what you pay for.
The motel is a bit run down. The building is right alongside Route 87. I requested that my room be on the quieter side--the Route 9W side. I could still hear the noise from the thoroughfare, but it was a background noise and not too bad. The room smelled a bit musty. The tap water had a very strong sulpher taste. There were young residents in the parking lot at 4:00 a.m. talking loudly, laughing and shouting. They obviously did not realize there were other people in the world. It was a place to sleep for the night if you are not fussy.
Pros: $20 less than the best western down the street. clean enough. we were ready for the trickle of hot water - so just took a bath instead.
quiet, beds are fine. It's nothing fancy - old and worn, but we just wanted a bed to sleep so perfect.
Pros: Very convenient off the NYS Thruway. The rooms were clean and the restaurant next door had excellent food. For the money, it was a good deal. All we needed was a bed and a hot shower, no luxuries necessary.
Cons: Our door didn't lock very well.
