Pros:
Excellent service with renting the vehicle. answered all the questions we had about the GMC we rented. Drop off was easy .Cons:
I didn't care so much for the model I rented for the long trip we took, there were a lot of little things ,not Avis fault but GMC the way they designed the car. I can go on and on about this but If I had to rent another car I would come back to Avis. by the way this is a great way to check a car out before you buy! I would not buy this GMC SUV. but my next trip I would definitely go back to Avis.6.0 Okay

The gentleman that worked with me when I dropped the car was rude and borderline xenophobic. His attitude was not professional. I wouldn’t rent a car from that office again.10.0 Wonderful

The car had obviously been smoked in before it was given to me. Luckily, I didn't need the car more than the time it took to get to my destination. Still though, not an ideal way to receive or drive a long distance.10.0 Wonderful
