I liked leaving. As a solo female traveler, I did not feel safe in this hotel. The entire complex is too old and falling apart. Rooms are dirty and musty. Sketchy people loiter in the hallways.
quiet rooms; restful sleep
Front desk wasn't really sure what room we were staying in. Also we had a wedding to go to that day and no hot water throughout the hotel. They told us the plumber was working on it and it will be done in 24 hours. Just bad timing..
Was excited for a pool. Pool and spa was being renovated, no reduction in rate. Front desk person was rushed and short. Key card systems were not working. Place smelled of smoke and room was dirty, with stains on the carpet, musty smell, old feel, saggy beds. Could hear everything through the walls. Outdoor entrance door did not lock
Have stayed here several times over the years. Rooms are well kept and seem fairly new. The staff is great. The breakfast is a big bonus. Saves time in the morning so you don't have to look for someplace to eat before heading out for the day. We were visiting friends there and they came to the hotel to meet us before the parade started. They were nice enough to let our friends and their disabled daughter in a wheel chair wait in the lobby while my wife and I got ready in our room. The night light in the bathroom was a nice touch. I hate waking up in a pitch black hotel room and have to turn on the light to use the bathroom. Another nice touch was the cleaning staff left a bag of fresh towels on our door. We always leave our do not disturb sign out so if we needed fresh towels they were on the door. Free WiFi was ok.
Excellent comfort, pleasant staff Nothing
Room was good size. Nice pool, very nice surroundings. Hated that they use plastic plates at Breakfast. Terrible carbon footprint there. Disgraceful.
Warm and courteous welcome. Nice and well maintained garden.
We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. On the day we arrived we found that our reservation somehow was not in their system. We booked through Kayak and Get a Room. We had our reservation printed out and they gave us a room to stay in until they could get it straightened out. I was a little upset thinking we might have to go home as we were there to celebrate our 35th Wedding Anniversary. They called us in a short time to tell us we could have the room for the original 3 days that we had booked to start with. The location of the motel is great not too far from downtown. They serve a great breakfast and have a nice outside pool. I would stay there again.
Close enough to destinations, but far enough away from the noise of cars and people. The staff were super friendly and helpful while providing a relaxed atmosphere.
convenient for visiting Plymouth, very friendly staff first floor rooms are noisy (noise from above)
The grounds were very well maintained... nice landscaping. Location was good, within easy walking distance of Plymouth attractions and shopping. Enjoyed the breakfast which was included in the rate.
Comfortable room made stay enjoyable
We enjoyed our stay - very beautiful buildings and grounds. Only could stay one night but would definitely stay here again. Very close to the water, information center and nice shops.
Good breakfast. Swimming pool. Walking distance from city centre. Noisy A/C system. No control: it is either off or full blast. Can't be used while in the room.
Friendly efficient staff, good complementary breakfast, night time quiet curfew imposed
Very comfortable with regulated mattresses beds, delicious breakfast, situated near beach and interesting things, everything was fine/
Renovated rooms nice. Staff tried to be accommodating concerning renovations. Renovating workman were considerate and polite. Free parking was great. Good location for walking to sights and eating on wharf. Breakfast food and staff need help.
Easy access to the ocean and nice restaurants. Only a few floors so the rooms are spread out quite far from the elevator
After check-in, the manager met me at the room to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction. This is a rare commodity in today's hotel industry.
My son said he felt like he was leaving home. Some people in town were rude but.... But everyone at the hotel was kind.
Comfortable beds. Welcoming staff. Ease of check-in/check-ou The wireless reception was non-existent in our room
The staff was extremely helpful when we had questions. The included breastfast was heartier than at other places I have stayed. The great surprise.
It was comfortable, and clean. It was also close to tourist attractionn and the beach. There was not enough childrens TV. Disney channel was pay preview.
Nothing fancy. A clean room and decent bed. Meets your basic needs. Although I had called 3 days in advance of our trip to confirm the handicapped accessible room I had booked had a walk in shower and 2 beds; when we arrived and entered the romwe discovered the shower was not accessible to me. The staff was able to move our room but the new room had only one bed and a pullout sofa. Although not ideal it worked for the one night. I just wish that the room I booked had been available.
Location is convenient to Routes 3 and 44; we had a comfortable suite room with nice (not luxurious) amenities for a Hampton Inn. Pool does not open until 9:00 AM; the bananas were brown and over ripe. They ran out of skim milk for breakfast on Thanksgiving Day. The hotel was very busy for the holiday weekend with lots of kids and dogs which should not be allowed.
The location and general room layout was great. I enjoyed the restaurant, but was impressed most with the bar & lounge. Very comfortable & freindly. My room had a broken hair dryer, and after asking twice to have it fixed or replaced, I gave up. Never did get it fixed.
staff were very pleasant and friendly. we had to call to have the toilet cleaned when we arrived, but it was found out to be the purple cleaner that had dried in streaks under the seat and rim. It was not a pleasant site on arrival. The rest of the room was very clean.
This hotel was located close to a lot of things that you could walk to. The staff was friendly and it was clean, no surprises. I would call it more of a hotel than an inn, was surprised how big it was when we got there. No complaints other than it was a little pricey.
Saff was very nice Our room was to close to lounge and the band was very loud. Walls super thin and room next door had a loud child who was up until 12 then up at 6:30. Housekeeping was horrid. Kitchenette poorly stocked.
The rooms are clean. The view is terrific. The staff is friendly!
only there overnight...but it was directly in the middle of the two areas we were visiting, which is why I booked it. (between the airport in Boston and Duxbury where friends live) couldn't really offer any other remarks no
Hotel staff was very helpful about printing out my boarding passes for the following day; but that shouldn't have been necessary, if the hotel's guest computer was set up correctly to allow printing of .pdf files
a nice quiet area not too far from the beach which is great & the staff was very friendly.
Excellent continental breakfast provided - homemade blueberry muffins. Very clean, comfortable room - 2 queen beds & good bathroom.
very personal and helpful owners regarding any questions.did also internet research for us and gave us very good information and sightseeing tips.
Hospitality Bigger room
I really only talk to one person. Room was clean and easy to get to. It was what I was looking for with my son in law and 9 year old grandson. A little more than I wanted to pay, but it was the 4th of July week-end. Overall it was great and enjoyed the pool. Jim RI
At the continental breakfast the staff was very pleasant and they were very accomodating with information about the town and surrounding areas. The room I was in was very small. If I had been with my wife, the room would have been smaller.
everything. wish they had a bathtub in our bathroom
Proximity to attractions Friendly staff Clean on the outside, nice landscaping Free WiFi Lots of tv channels Uncomfortable bed MOld in the bathroom Dirt in the bathroom cups Scratchy towels and sheets Across the street from a busy shopping center
The location of the Hotel is very good, the proximity to Plymouth makes it a great place to stay. The rooms are standard, but very clean. The beds were comfortable. We arrived shortly before the regular 3pm check-in time and the lady at the front desk pointed out that checkin time, did not show any flexibility but had us come back after 3pm.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is on a main road, but we found the room very quiet. Our experience at this hotel was a very positive one.
Beds comfortable, friendly staff, ggod location, refreshments available all day could not get online link, staff not particularly helpful with this problem
It was conveniently located for our needs, driving up from Cape Cod to Boston, with quick access to main highways. The room was clean and roomy and bright. The reception staff were particularly helpful.
There were friendly staff at the desk when I arrived. They wouldn't let me make my own waffles, something I enjoy at all other places I stay
Very comfortable room and helpful staff made this a very pleasant stay. No
Value for money. Clean and friendly staff.
Proximity to Plimoth Plantation (they also sell discount tickets) Swimming Pool
OK hotel, nice and clean room. Close to highway, short driving distance to Plymouth historical sites.
Front desk very helpful and friendly.Breakfast very good, could make eating area a bit larger.Convenient location to downtown Plymouth and surrounding attractions.
Chef Kimmarie is the a fantastic employee and provides utmost customer satisfaction Nothing!
A wonderful hotel with everything available, a very professional and friendly staff and the omlet, fruit (the best!!) , juice and all was great... nothing!!
Good location. Friendly staff. Clean, housekeeping staff did a great job every day. Lobby is nicely decorated and we'll kept. Beds were just okay, not anything special. There were some minor issues needing maintenance in the room (a broken drawer handle, loose shower knob). Asked for a cot/rollaway which we were told was no problem, and then never got it; they were all given away despite our earlier request. Several of the outlets in the room ran off of the light switches which was a real inconvenience.
Great stay. Great staff. Michael Cotter
Room was as advertised, very clean, bed was comfortable, TV selection good. Restaurant was very clean and well stocked. Location was very good for access to higways and tourist areas in Plymouth. Convenience of attached mall helped with shopping. pillows were too soft and I did not like the fact that I payed over $150 for one night and had to pay $10 for breakfast. Most hotels have a light breakfast offering for free and perhaps a charge for omlets etc. I ate light, with oatmeal and and a bagel and payed $5 for that. I believe customers are confused about what is "free" and what is at charge
The hotel is conviently located right off the iner state. Would have been nice if closer to the town center, however it was easy to get there. The room was what I expected, clean, and comfortable.
Convenient location off the highway and very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast.
The room was a nice size ad the bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was nice. They were under a lot of construction internally and this made it difficult to move around the hallways, building etc. I did not know this before I went. I found this to be very annoying. It also meant that not all the amenities were in the room such as a frig, etc. They were sitting in the hallway. This is a temporary situation, but it would have been nice if they reduced the room rate or offered a free breakfast.
Nice view after the snow storm. Bathroom was very nice and so was the TV nothing
Floors were extremely sticky, weren't notified beforehand that hotel is under renovation - cardboard and paint throughout the hallways
Price was good, especially considering the conditions. Rugs, sheets and bathrooms were unacceptably stained and unclean. Corrosion, stains and lack of any heat made this one of the worst stays I have experienced, and I have stayed in many hotels. As I was on a Military trip, I arrived late and left early, so there was not too much time spent here. Not likely to try a Days Inn again anytime soon.
Friendly staff. Decent internet connection. Far too over priced for a hotel that's not near anything and with such basic accommodations.
Bathroom needs updating.
Cleanliness and staff were polite Breakfast was not so good,
Staff was amazingly nice, even the housekeepers were giving us "Hello"s and big smiles. Waffle makers with Continental breakfast Lots of restaurants close by to choose from. Asked for King bed and was given 2 queens A/C was loud Lamp between the beds was on switch but still needed to turn on, we plugged our phones in and it and found out they didn't charge because the switch was flipped to turn lamps off. Tap water was gross
Location Light bulb out Smelled like cigarette smoke, cigarette burn on the tub, food and coffee was awful, room dirty
Very personal service. We stay at this property every year when visiting our children in Scituate and the staff remember us every time.
The staff, especially Kelly in the morning was very helpful and accomodating The noise!! Very thin walls made for a very noisy time. I could hear voices thru the vent in the bathroom and my room on the 1st floor ( #11 ) was above the restaurant which plays Latin beat music till 9PM. Bring your earplugs!
