Pros: The rooms were small, but comfortable, and clean. It is a short walk from the train station, Chapel Bridge, Old Towne, the pier, and plenty of restaurants. The breakfast was phenomenal, and definitely added a lot of value to the price of the room. We enjoyed using the complimentary bicycles. The daily beverages were a welcome treat at the end of a long day of sightseeing.
We had a wonderful stay, and have nothing but the highest compliments for the staff. They were friendly, warm, welcoming, and helpful. Arlinda always seemed ready to go the extra mile to make our stay extra special. Our thanks to her and everyone else who made our trip a huge success.
Pros: Extremely accommodating, great facility, friendly staff, AMAZING breakfast.
Pros: Close to train station, breakfast included and the mini bar is stocked with drinks for free, nice sized room, nice sized bathroom, nice decor, comfortable beds
Cons: Price was HIGH and the air conditioner stunk. Smelled sour. I felt like I was breathing in mold

Too noise with next doors, hall way noises very audible, especially in the morning with the house staff - vacuuming rooms with open doors... Not exactly 5 star hotel behavior.

Pros: I made last minute changes to arrive early and contacted the hotel for an earlier booking- 2 nights rather than 1-which they accommodated promptly and efficiently. Hotel employee was fantastic. My traveling companion was challenging. But the sta
Cons: No. I was thoroughly impressed with everyone. I have 20+ years in hotel/restaurant management and even i may have lost my cool with my traveling companion's behavior (as i did several times during our trip) but your staff was exceptional dealing with her.
Pros: 5 minutes walk to the bride and great restaurants. Less than 5 min walk to the train station.
Pros: Location and welcome chocolates at the reception
Cons: Not enough electrical outlets
Nice place to stay if it's not too hot outside, but opt out of breakfast.
Pros: Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with questions about things to do in the area, and other than temperature in room it was very comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast was not included in the room rate and not quoted at check-in. 30 SF per person per day was not proportionate with the room rate and way too much for the quality and service of the meal. Room temperature was uncomfortable, AC insufficient.
We travel through Europe all the time and are used to small rooms and small bathrooms; however, this bathroom, for a Renaissance, was terrible. Only one person at a time could be in the area of the sink; and a larger person would have found it very difficult. The room was typically small, but nice. The 'king' bed was actually 2 twins pushed together, which is again somewhat typical in Europe. But the way the bedding was done, as 2 separate beds, it truly was 2 twin beds and should not be advertised as a king. When asked about our reserving a 'king bed room', we were told that since we booked through Priceline, we got 'the run of the house', not the reserved 'standard king room' on our reservation. We were basically told that we would get whatever they decided they wanted to give us. They should not use Priceline if they do not want to treat these customers the same as those booking directly through the hotel. We paid the rate listed by Priceline, it was not a bid.
Pros: Location was good; parking was available on the street nearby for 20CHF/night.
Cons: When we arrived to check into our reserved through Priceline 'standard King Bed room', we were told that the room we reserved was to be 'the run of the house' and they would give us what ever they wanted. Not good business.
