been here plenty of times and i know the restaurant staff well. they're great. but the hotel staff is the worst. showed up and was told they were booked. checked kayak and they were either confused or lying. didnt want to move so i booked the room online and had to wait an hour for it to upload/register. stayed two nights and moved on. as i checked out they charged me for a water i took from the mini bar... they give free water every day. same brand and all, but i guess if its cold you get charged. they put two bottles on your desk every day. had i put one of those in the fridge it'd be free. have a nice meal here, but if you have a brain, never stay here.
