Pros:
The car was ready on time, and the staff was kind and helpful. At drop off, they helped us contact our shuttle service back to San Jose, as they were at the incorrect place to pick us up. We were very pleased with the service, and the help.Cons:
We had upgraded to the largest SUV, and we were assigned the Toyota Fortuner. It was OK, but the configuration to put all of the back seats down, is not great, and it limits your cargo space. The way to configure the seats is awkward. The vehicle was a 2019, but it had only one USB port, and it did not have integrated Apple Play or Android Auto. We had expected it to be a bit more upgraded in the electronics. Finally, and this is out of the dealerships hands, the cost to insure the rental was half again the price of the rental. It adds up fast, so be prepared.Budget
