Cons: Everything the room was not what we booked. The floor was wet from the fridge. We went out for the night came back in at 1 am to sleep and as soon as we walked in the front desk called to complain of noise. When clearly we had just walked to our room.

Pros: This hotel was surprisingly nicer than expected. The room was large with a separate living room area and was very clean. The fixtures and countertops appear new. The bed was very comfortable and there were lots of fluffy towels and pillows.Great location.

Pros: I like that it wasn't moving and that I could lay down to stretch my achy back.
Cons: I was called by an employee who wouldn't speak into the phone then she got defensive as I answered her questions. NOT pleased that I requested a crib for my son but wasn't there when we arrived. He slept in the bed with in a queen size bed, needless to say neither me or my husband got any sleep. Bathroom floor had black on it. The room smelled funny. Glad it was only a night.

Pros: The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. I stayed two nights and the location was perfect for the events I was attending. The room was updated and I enjoyed the wifi and HBO.
Cons: I did notice that towels had been taken out of the room and were not replaced, but one call down to the office and a short trip downstairs and I got new ones without much hassle.

it smelled like mold and storage, we were told we were getting a double queen room but the beds were full size. when i complained i was told those were queen size beds. if those are queen beds then the hotel got ripped when they bought it. the shower was made for midgets, i'm 5'10' and i have to bend backwards to wash my head.

Pros: It was fairly close to the surgery center.
Cons: The noisy people above us. I didn't think they would ever go to sleep. It was after 1:00 am that they finally settled down. I would have called the manager but I had a hard time understanding him.

Pros: I fell in my room since there was a water leak coming from the ceiling. My TV stopped working. There was a refrigerator in the room and when I opened the door it was falling off. This stay was ridiculous.
Cons: Nothing...dirty,leak in my room which caused me to fall on my back.

Cons: The room was clean but I had to wonder if the hotel was previously pet friendly because we were blasted with a damp carpet/cat urine smell upon opening the door. There was also black mold growing on the outside of the shower door. Unacceptable!

Cons: When I flushed the toilet water came out at the floor, there appeared to be blood or something else on the floor. It was horrible to say the least.
