Pros: Authentic look and feel, high quality room, great breakfast restaurant on-site, on-demand 1-min shuttle service to main hotel for swimming pool & spa, gym and other restaurants, beautiful surroundings including nature walks starting from the property
Cons: Difficult to get dinner reservations
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We actually didn't stay at the Inn. They called us a few days before our arrival and offered us a complimentary upgrade to a suite at the main hotel. It was lovely! The hotel grounds and views are STUNNING. The spa is everything. The service was pretty good.
Cons: The food could be improved.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It is an amazing location.
Cons: Food could be better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was spacious and well equipped.
Cons: Coffee not available in the rooms and often ran out in the lobby.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This one was a first rate value
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was amazing. Many choices
Cons: No issues
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very classy and well appointed. It was great to be able to utilize the facilities at the associated resort.
Cons: Service at the front desk and knowledge of the staff working there were not comparable with the level of quality that existed in all other aspects of the property.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean, roomy and the bed and linens were wonderful. The pillows were the best. The food in the Inn dining room was outstanding and the service was perfect.
Cons: Absolutely nothing
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location near Bretton Woods ski resort
Cons: The Bretton Arms has a persistent mechanical systems noise that runs all day/night. The boiler/furnace needs to be acoustically isolated so that vibrations are not transmitted throughout the building. Very bad for people who are attuned to hearing noise.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly & accommodating staff. Beautiful hotel & location.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The service at this resort is second to none. From the moment you arrive to departing. Every want is attended, with the feeling you are doing them a favor. This service is only topped by the location!
Cons: The hotel employs a lot of foreign students and it can sometimes be difficult to understand because of the heavily accented English.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: People, area, facility,
Cons: Bed & pillows were not as comfortable as expected
Omni Mount Washington Resort - Carroll - Bedroom
4
8.8 Excellent (2,157 reviews)

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and limo/town car service. Planning an event in Bretton Woods? This resort has facilities measuring 30000 square feet (2787 square meters), including a conference center. Free valet parking is available onsite.
7.9 Good
Pros: Beautiful resort in great location
Cons: Service was not very good at restaurants. Server at one bar was actually rude. Front desk was very slow. Hotel seemed to be understaffed.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Our room was absolutely lovely, and the resort itself is quite something. We were able to take a tour and see the conference room where the historic Bretton Woods financial accord was signed after World War II, and we particularly enjoyed this. The staff was extremely helpful to us at all times. The breakfast was an excellent buffet with absolutely everything you could want, and my husband claimed the bacon was the best he had ever had.
Cons: The cost -- this was a special stay for us, we usually don't spend this much for a room. All the food was extra. The dinner was good but not great, and the dining room service was slow; however, the incredible lightning storm that we watched through the dining room windows more than made up for it!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is perfect!! Love everything about this property! Perfect weekend get away!! Thanks
5.0 Okay
Pros: location
Cons: too expensive for food and wine
5.0 Okay
Pros: The mountain
Cons: Getting food was difficult.
6.0 Good
Pros: Views, beautiful topography and old world charm.
Cons: It's tired, beds are uncomfortable, $6.00 for a bottled water in room, staff at front desk are not helpful, asked for change and young lady said I should go to the Concierge. Sleeping is difficult as the walls are paper thin and the ceilings even worse...
5.0 Okay
Pros: The meal in the Stickney Restaurant was excellent. The front desk staff was accommodating on the second day when we complained and requested a room change; they moved us to a larger queen room with a more comfortable bed. The resort is in a beautiful location.
Cons: We tried unsuccessfully to upgrade to a king room. I was told when I called the day before we were to check in that there was a king room available and that I could upgrade at check-in. But, when we arrived we were told that there were no king rooms available. Our queen room was VERY small. This room was clearly not designed to house more than one person. The queen bed was not only uncomfortable, but it was pushed up against a wall - my husband had to crawl to the end of the bed to get up. Other than the desk chair there was only one other chair in the room. When we ordered room service for breakfast, the staff didn't bring a table and we had nowhere, other than using the bed as a table, to eat. To make matters worse, the thermostat didn't work properly - our two options were hot or having the air conditioner blow cold air on us. The bathroom light switch was on the outside of the bathroom door. During the day this was not a problem, but if someone needed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, the entire bedroom would light up when the bathroom light was turned on. The Omni Mount Washington is billed as a luxury resort, but we found the facility to be in desperate need of updating.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The atmosphere and the surrounding.
Cons: Old and overpriced.
7.5 Good
Pros: The hotel had a restaurant near the entrance that they did not advertise, we ate dinner there and it was wonderful and about a third of the price of their dining room. They should mention this to their guests the meals were very good and not expensive.
Cons: We had dinner in the Dining Room, my dinner was not cooked enough so I sent it back for additional cooking, about 15 minutes later the waitress brought it back, in which time my husband had almost completely finished his meal, it was over cooked and I did not eat it. I did tell the waitress and the Maitre d’ it was not good. I feel like they should have offered to take it off the bill. The bill was around $170.00 .for 2dinners and 2drinks.
6.7 Good
Pros: The foliage was at peak. The views from the hotel were amazing!
Cons: Overall the property was not very well maintained. Allowing your groups coming in off of buses takes away from the charm of people who actually paid to stay there. My husband grew up in NH and had always wanted to stay at the Mount Washington Resort and we both agreed for the price you could save a lot of money staying somewhere else and just coming in property to have a meal. Our room was very small and there were numerous hairs (10 or more) in our shower. I had to wash the shower out before getting into it. The hotel is missing little touches that make for an enjoyable stay. Lounging areas in the lobby had furniture turned and the tables were not clean and had items left behind on them. There should be fresh flowers throughout the property at the very least. Overall we were very underwhelmed with the resort and our stay. We’re big travelers and have stayed at many other resorts at the same price point that are very nice and we go back time after time. We’ve seen the decline in other Omni properties we’ve stayed at so perhaps that has something to do with it.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, location, location.......
Cons: Small, mediocre room.......really old property.....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, perfect room

10.0 Excellent
Pros: beautiful hotel with great facilities and very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: having to leave
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is a little out of the way once you get past leaf-peeping season, but honestly, it was why I picked it. I wanted elegance, history and needed to be close to Bretton Woods. Met all expectations.
Cons: Not the hotel's fault, but almost no eating options close to the hotel other than the hotel itself. This is a relatively self-contained resort. If you are going for shopping or anything besides enjoying the resort or nature, there may be better options.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff are very courteous and helpful. Lots of great activities offered on site.
Cons: I was in a room with an adjoining door, which impeded any soundproofing. The family in the next room was very loud and you could hear "everything." There were a lot of loud and unruly children running around the hotel. Not a place for romantic getaway.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast and the view.
Cons: We got there late so we did not know of the back entrance to the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful, though very large, it has the feel of a smaller, quaint in. So much to do and the views are awesome!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: beautiful hotel with unbelievable views staff was lost, nice but useless
Cons: lots of screaming kids running around
9.0 Excellent

Cons: Remote location, but the views were very beautiful.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Views location activities
Cons: No
8.0 Excellent
Cons: We loved everything except repairs were going on and machinery was loud at time!
7.0 Good
Cons: Harvast Tavern was disappointing.
7.0 Good
Pros: The classic country estate vibe, the room, the view, the ambience, the outdoor pool, the staff, the lawn games sprinkled throughout.
Cons: The food. Worst eggs of my lifetime on the mediorcre breakfast buffet. Pesto pasta not as advertised, tasteless. Drinks very good.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Incredible setting, great off-peak pricing, full day of activity options offered by the resort. We did eat at one of their onsite restaurants and the food was delicious. Without even asking I was given a corner tower room with two walls of of windows and a view of the mountains! Incredible at sunrise!
Cons: Between when we checked in and when we returned from dinner, someone lowered the blinds in my room. When we called the front desk they said that while they do a turn down service, lowering the blinds isn’t a part of it. I just wish I had known to expect it - we were a little freaked out at first and I don’t expect anyone to enter my room the night I check in. Our dinner at their restaurant was good but the payment piece was odd. You had to either write down a credit card number or have it charged to your room. They did agree to split the bill when we asked. Then one of my traveling companions used her debit card to pay and was escorted deep into the kitchen to enter her PIN number on a keypad. It felt very odd.

Cons: Basin in main room rather than in bathroom.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice clean room. Spacious.
Cons: Spotlight shining into room all night (next to gas station). All pillows were really thick and none were low enough for us. Breakfast was disappointing.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: It was there when I needed it.
Cons: The breakfast was pretty lousy. The room was shabby and disappointing. All in all, I consider it a poor value for the price and would not stay there again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very clean and nice room. We would definitely come back here
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location, and very helpful and friendly staff. Also, very quiet room.
Cons: Filthy carpet in the room. The carpet was quire old, and though you could tell it had been vacuumed, there is quite a bit of dirt in-beded in the carpet, probaly from age. No amount of steam cleaning will do, It needs to be replaced.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff
Cons: It was fairly remote and only had one open eating establishment
6.0 Good
Pros: Beds nice and bathroom clean.
Cons: Room was not cleaned well. Found Cheerios on floor. Drapes dusty. 1 broken lamp. Continental breakfast consisted of muffins cut in quarters and yogurt. No fruit, etc. Check-in/check-out process was cumbersome.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved The Lodge at Bretton Woods, it's location and view. Loved all the amenities both the lodge and the hotel provided.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Upon arrival my hotel room was 55 degrees. I turned the heat on, once it reached a comfortable temperature I turned it down but the heat kept coming full strength. I had to sleep with the slider door open for air. The toilet didn't work, at ALL!
Cons: I have stayed here before with similar issues. I didn't have a choice where to stay, I was attending a work conference and the main hotel was booked. Omni should take a closer look at the status of this hotel. Even after a renovation, its still a dump.
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel employee, at the desk, was very cheerful, friendly and helpful. The view was amazing! Very convenient to the Cog Railway, and reasonably priced for the location.
Cons: We were disappointed and surprised that there was no breakfast offered, and no restaurants nearby.
6.0 Good
Pros: Convenient parking. Staff were courteous. Mount Washington Inn was in close proximity. We went on a complementary Inn tour that was very informative.
Cons: There was facility to serve a continental breakfast but was not offered. No breakfast option at all. Lobby and seating area was outdated and not inviting. Room was also outdated. OMNI properties are generally more upscale. The room per night rate was not cheap and little was offered.

7.1 Good
Pros: The Staff is great and very helpful.
Cons: It’s outdated and needs many improvements. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close, the room smelled moldy. The Lodge truly just needs a refresh and it could be what it should be in order to honor the spectacular location it’s in.
5.0 Okay
Pros: What did you like about the breakfast? LOL, What breakfast
Cons: Being charged $35 for the resort services that was an unknown disappointment. We didn't signup for any, nor used any. We simply sleep in the bed.
