Pros:
Marcos in particular was so helpful, courteous, friendly and polite! He answered all my questions with ease & knowledge! The cargo van we rented was clean and fresh inside. It drove amazing---a 23 hour drive for us to our destination with comfort, excellent gas mileage and very sturdy!! We have absolutely zero complaints with the vehicle and we would rent it again if we need another cargo van to transport our huge cargo load! Highly recommend!Cons:
Perhaps if the rental business was open until 5 or 6 PM? Not an issue for me but for other renters it might have been helpful to have those extra hours.3.6 Poor

Pros:
I was given a compact car, and requested an economy at the pick-up location. The workers were not wearing masks at the pick-up location, and the outside of the car was completely dirty (I have pictures). I wanted to return the vehicle two days early, and they wanted to charge me an additional $140-300. I will think twice before renting with Hertz, I've never had so much difficulty and I've tried several car rental agencies.Cons:
Getting the car I wanted, clean. Flexibility in dropping off, and interacting with individuals wearing a mask- for everyones safety during a pandemic.2.0 Poor

Absolutely nothing about this hertz was enjoyable every time we would show up nobody was in the office and when we called they always said they were “outside cleaning cars” so idk it was very annoying plus they don’t allow debit cardsCons:
Customer service and not having me drive back there three times for them to tell me something else I needed instead of just telling me everything I was going to need to even rent8.4 Very good

I originally rented a sedan for the reason to be easy on gas, the one I reserved was gone, the other sedan they had needed an oil change which didn't make much sense since the plave was inside a car shop, so they ended up upgrading us to an SUV free of charge...it was horrible on gas, constantly nee10.0 Wonderful

I would like to know how much the deposit will be on my card up front if at all possible. I do understand that it wasn’t listed on the website therefore was not the fault of anyone at the location that I picked up my car. I will still use this location for my next rental car.2.0 Poor

Cons:
We were given a car that apparently had tire problems - not even 30 miles into our trip, the passenger rear tire blew on a deserted highway - and Avis told us it would be 2 hours before they could even come get us. There was no spare tire, so we couldn't just be on our way. I will never be renting with Avis or Budget again.10.0 Wonderful
