Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to Fremont Street and downtown attractions. Many reviewers also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with multiple reports of unpleasant odors, bugs, and generally poor room conditions. Noise was another significant issue, with several guests disturbed by loud music, street noise, or other guests late at night. Safety concerns were raised, particularly regarding the surrounding area and the presence of homeless individuals near the property. Overall, while the location and staff received positive feedback, issues with cleanliness, noise, and safety detracted from the experience for many guests.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) Bit of a rough location
Pros (+) Staff is friendly and try their best to help
Cons (-) It is very obvious that management is no good and set their staff up for failure.
Pros (+) Nothing tried to discuss fraud on my phone or from their system and got bum rushed and they stole my money and lied cheated and frauded me
Cons (-) They are crooks criminals and thieves true Vegas fashion
Pros (+) The hotel was clean the bed was pretty comfortable and you can’t beat the location
Cons (-) Nothing
Pros (+) Staff were great and friendly! Also great location just off Fremont Street. If you just need a place to sleep this place will be good for you.
Cons (-) Room had a bad smell from ac unit. The shower controls were broken, it would switch between cold and very hot on its own. Also the shower curtain wasn’t big enough so water got everywhere
Pros (+) Quite, clean, and comfortable. The A/C kept the room cold enough that it even kept our sodas cold.
Cons (-) No refrigerators and microwave in our room and people hogging up the ice in the ice machine by the main building. There should be ice machines in each building.
