Superb
This hotel was a suggestion due to it being my first time in Vegas and being my birthday. The hotel had all the names of people with birthdays and for that I felt like a star. Everyone was great!!
To me being the first time there it seemed like a maze at times.
For it being a one of the newer hotels there I expected so much more , I’ve had better rooms at super 8, New York New York only gave you the bear minimum very disappointed ...
We paid for an upgraded room yet there were tiles falling off in the bathroom. The metal tissue holder fell off onto my 2 year old's foot and cut him. My $55 room + $15 upgrade became USD$160+ after all taxes and fees. Should have been free for my child having to bleed but the desk staff didn't care because we never called security.
Location and price
Very antiquated.
I was not put into the correct room
Great stay
Being able to WALK to the hockey arena for the HAWKS game
We're small players $10 - 25 players. You didn't give any comps for time played @ the 2 only $5 blackjack tables. My family & I (4 of us) played every day at least 5-6 hours wagering $10 to $25 a hand with no compensation. That wasn't right!!!! That's not a way to treat the small but steady players. Most other casinos would've comped us a buffet or meal. I was unhappy about that!
Birthday weekend for my partner
The casino was in an awesome location. I enjoyed the ambiance of the hotel lobby casino
The room was nice, clean but tired. Bed and pillows needed updating. No view at all. Opened drapes, there was a brick wall immediately in front. Could. Or see daylight.
They had my booking dates incorrect. I was scheduled to stay there from june 15-20th. When i got there they told me i had booked it for july. I was able to find the itenerary and show them to correct dates. I also paid 200.00 for what they said was a deposit, and would get back as long as there was no damage to the room. But when i checked out. They said it was hotel fees and i would not get the money back. Very misleading
Ridiculously expensive for and beverages
Well taken care of. Excellent bar tender -- Tina. Clean rooms. Nice pool.
Food at the restaurants, anything from the stores, drinks at the pool were all way over priced. Considering the money they're making from the gambling and shows, everything was easy over priced. Allthough, I think the strip had gotten very expensive. It's not the old Vegas...
Hidden costs
Ok room and facilities
Hidden resort fee charged to every customer
Hidden Fees
Hidden resort fees they tacked onto a prepaid stay. Added $180 to a stay that i purchased online. Rip off.
Restaurants, roller coaster, nice shower.
Noisy despite being on 30th floor, unhealthy air, pay for parking, crowed pool, no frig.
