So let’s just start with, if you have never been to Vegas, there is an up charge for everything. Resort fees, daily parking and valet charges, everything. No the pool, there is only one and it is small. There is nowhere to put your belongings unless you want to pay for cabana rental. the location is phenomenal & the restaurants at the property are really good. But the room was kinda junky. I had an east facing room, it only had one curtain. So the sun would blind ya as soon as it came up. Also an event was taking place one night & they didn’t have the area roped off at all. This is my third time staying at this hotel. As always, check in was easy, rooms were clean, and the staff was nice. I love that it is located near the middle of the strip and there’s lots of places to eat. Also, it’s very reasonably priced considering it’s directly on the strip. We will definitely be back!

Check in was very under staffed. Royce the gentleman who checked us in was outstanding. Helpful,fun engaging and welcoming. The hotel location is perfect close to everything on the strip. The hotel is starting to show it's age.

I’ve stayed at PH before and I can decidedly say that this time was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The pillows were completely abysmal. They had been used and shrunk so much they were tiny squares. We raised several issues with the staff and exactly zero were addressed. Valet is horrible and unsupervised, so they really do not care and are rude. Management inside does not care and does not try to resolve any issues.

When we checked in they were out of 2 bedrooms entirely, even though I called to confirm earlier that day. Then we needed an additional towel and they were unable to supply anything over our 3 days there.
