We were very Happy with this motel!!! Excellent location and the rooms were recently remodeled! The staff were some of the best staff we have ever dealt with and we travel ALOT.If we ever had any questions or concerns they were very happy to help. Awesome

This hotel is right outside of the downtown, easy to drive and enjoy all the area has to offer.The entire hotel was clean and very well maintained.

Wish there was a sidewalk that you could get to the restaurants across the street or go downtown.

Cleanliness. Extremely friendly staff. Great breakfast. Love the new updates to the lobby, breakfast area and new carpet! Pool area was clean. Beds were clean.

Fourth floor water pressure to shower was not very strong. one bed was great(seemed newer) and the other bed was very worn.

The bed was great. The room was clean and comfortable.

There was barely enough water pressure in the shower to just bathe. My wife took 1/2 hour just trying to rinse her hair out.

PET FRIENDLY (even LARGE dogs) - Important to me. Clean hotel, friendly staff and convenient location. Rates are reasonable and they take my St. Bernard (most important).

The most negative thing I could say about this hotel is while I did get a price break it wasn't the most economical. Everything else was fantastic. Great staff, nice rooms, clean, nice pool area, great continental breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

Pillow case not clean, obviously unlaundered between guests. Bath towel had two big mascara stains - bad.

Best value for the money that I have ever experienced. The location was cozy, friendly, and very attentive. Very clean, with a fresh appeal; plenty of room to move around, a nice sofa to lounge on in the room, and a HD TV to watch. The staff was friendly without being intrusive, the Bistro was charming and well priced, overall a great stay that was the best bang for the buck that I have had.

Desk and housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly.

The pullout bed was visibly DIRTY when we opened it. The pool was open, but the hot tub and the kiddie waterfall were out of order. But, the staff were super nice about opening the pool early for the kids, and they fixed the messy bed lightning fast.

The staff was so helpful and kind. Everyone had a smile and we're ready to greet you!

Hotel is remodeling so there was some debris left around the hallways even when no work was being done.

We didn't have any trouble checking in at 1 a.m.

It smelled when we walked in. We had to run the noisy fan all night to get air. There were lights that showed into the room all night from over the window. The bed was hard and pillows were all huge, too full.

I like Fairfield Inns. One of my favorites. This is a clean hotel with a very good staff.

Front desk staff were nice and efficient. Free breakfast was fine.

It was not sound proof at all. I could hear people walking above me, and anytime some one opened or closed their does near mine, it sounded like they were in my room. Also the fire alarm went off at 1:45am for no reason. I got NO sleep with all the noise.

My daughter and I stayed here while we attented a concert in the area. It was a great value for the money . The staff was friendly and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

This was a nice hotel for the price of the room . I would recommend it.

Staff was nice and courteous upon check-in.

It was as if a chemical bomb had gone off, or a Lysol production facility had a leak. The mushy bed and thermostat that was either stuck at 90 degrees or turned off, didn't help. It will be along time, or another situation where there just isn't a choice, before I stay in a Radisson again.

Located downtown Moline, just off the Mississippi River. Plenty of things to do within walking distance.

Parking is around the back, the street in front has 2 hour parking and no access to the lot and no signs that tell you where to turn.

We opted for the two bedroom suite as we had our adult children with us and the accommodations were superb. It allowed two completely separate bedrooms each with it's own bath and a spacious living area with full kitchen and eating area. So convenient to have the full kitchen to allow the option to eat in if we wanted. The complimentary breakfast each morning was delicious and offered a lot of variety. The staff was very professional and friendly.

The living area furnishings were a bit shabby and could use an update. The bathroom amenities were a little sparse.

Pet fee is outrageous! You better believe for $75, my dog will sleep on both beds instead of be crated. May reconsider charging $10 otherwise people like me will make it worth your cleaning fee.

Friendly staff and comfy bed. The parking was a bit confusing, but staff got us straight.

This property is right in the heart of Rock Island, IL - which these days, isn't saying much. Rock Island is suffering mightily with the current economy and job market. Much of the downtown area is vacant buildings and store fronts. The parking lot for this hotel will handle about 10% of the total number guests cars, if the hotel is full - a public parking garage across the street handles all the overflow. If you have to stay in Rock Island, this hotel is serviceable, but nothing to write home about. The highlight of my stay there was a lunch at a small 'hole-in-the-wall' Mexican restaurant, a block away - food was excellent.

The manager called me as soon as she got to the hotel. She was very unhappy about our situation. She apologized and offered to reimburse our room.

We were sexually harassed by the crew doing renovations. They were extremely drunk and were fighting too.

Stayed twice on the way to Ohio and back. The cleanliness was excellent both times-kudos to the housekeeping staff. The front desk lady when he checked in the first time could have been more welcoming-presented with stone face, no words other than the booking conversation, and claimed no first floor rooms for us seniors with gait difficulties, though the motel was far from full judging by the much less than full parking spaces around the hotel that night and the next morning when we left at 6 AM. The second front desk lady was much more accommodating and conversational. And she was willing to book a first floor room close to the entrance door-kudos to her.

The motel was surprisingly clean and the facilities were in working order. The front desk worker was very pleasant and I felt comfortable staying there for the night

As I was putting my bags in my car, the housekeeper propped open my door even though some of my bags were still in there and the "do not disturb" sign was on the door.

I believe it would help to keep parents with small children on the bottom floor and close together. We were on the second floor and someone with small children was jumping all evening. I know kids are very active but at a certain time in the evening they should be quite.

the beds were comfortable and the hotel offered free wifi.

the room i had stayed in was disgusting. first thing i noticed walking in was by the bathroom i had STEPPED ON A RUSTY SCREW sitting on the floor. luckily had my shoes on. the bathroom was STAINED. the vents were coated in DUST as well as all the surfaces. under the sink had a section of carpet cut out and what appeared to be bleach stains. the curtain was stained brown. the listing for tv channels was a printed sheet that had been REUSED over and over. the ceilings had WATER DAMAGE all over. this was the worst experience ive ever had. OVER PRICED FOR THE QUALITY.
