7.5 Good
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Shower curtain in bathroom
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lots of parking, spotless rooms and bathrooms. The owners were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Within 40 minutes easy drive of the Bordeaux tram and ride which takes you right to the city centre. I would recommend the breakfast, the buffet is comprehensive and good quality. This maybe a 2 star hotel but the staff give 4 star + service. We highly recommend this hotel.
7.1 Good
Pros: The hotel is easy to find and has its own car park. The room we had was clean, spacious and comfortable, on the ground floor with a little patio. The staff were helpful and friendly, main languages are French and Spanish though, but with some French on my side and some English on theirs, we managed. The village is pretty and the Atlantic is only a short drive away, so great location! We also had breakfast which was good value for money.
Cons: On arrival, we were only shown our room, not introduced to the pool/spa/gardens, we also weren't aware of the existence of a restaurant or bar (both of which we could have used on our arrival). This might of course be because of the language difficulty or the fact that we were only staying one night but it didn't make us feel welcome. And because I didn't know: in France you only get hot drink making facilities from 3 stars onward, so not in this hotel.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: nice beaches not far away. nice balcony and pool, excellent coffee, free parking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything. Room, breakfast, garden, pool but especially the people. We had a very warm reception and that warmth continued throughout our entire stay. I would very highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back.
7.9 Good
Pros: The lady on reception was very helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and served for a long time, which meant that we could thankfully have a little lay in. Very cute dog in the entrance to the hotel with a little pink tuft on his head which we later discovered is caused from all the kisses that his owner gives him haha! So cute!
Cons: I have nothing bad to say it was a pleasant stay.
