Cons (-) We always stay at the Hyatt Place when we travel, this time there was a lot of dust, the bathroom floor didn’t feel clean enough just details I didn’t see before and I was a little disappointed

Cons (-) Staff seemed annoyed with each other, confused and bothered by simple requests. Couldn’t find a fork for a meal in restaurant and was treated Ike I was such a bother.
