Budget has the best prices, but you get what you pay for. Their customer service is horrible. We were told prior to leaving "don't worry about vacuuming, just don't bring it back crazy dirty". Before we dropped it off we made sure it was as clean as possible without vacuuming, even going so far as wiping surfaces with clorox wipes. All that was left was a few crumbs from being in a car on a road trip for 4 days with four people. Nothing a 15 minute vacuuming wouldn't fix. When we dropped it off, the guy at the counter lectured us he "horribly messy it was inside." And then he proceeded to gaslight us about the "no vacuuming comment. It was the same guy who gave us the car and he acted like "i would never say that!"
