Cons: Staff named Valentine is very rude. Does not want to smile or greet foreign people. We got our rooms late. Breakfast was poor, took very long to put things in the buffet as it was empty. Staff do not know much english. No english tea. Everything written in French, so had to ask what things were and staff did not understand as they know no English. I would not recommend for non french visitors.

Cons: There was no hot water and the room was cold. The climate control didn’t work and had a service symbol on it. The hotel staff had to bring an electric radiator to the room which was inadequate. They turned the hot water on which took a long time to warm up, but it was cold again in the morning. Although we were offered a free breakfast and 2 drinks, this didn’t make up for a very disappointing and cold stay.

Pros: This hotel is far from a four star hotel. The bathroom and separate toilet is like a train loo/porta cabin. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and the room was stuffy. The hotel is poor value for money, especially if your are driving. There is a charge of euros 28.60 per day. Our friends stayed in a different room and their carpet was dirty. On a positive, the reception staff was pleasant and very helpful. We were offered a complementary coffee but decided to leave a day earlier as we really did not enjoy our stay.

Pros: This hotel is far from a four star hotel. The bathroom and separate toilet is like a train loo/porta cabin. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and the room was stuffy. The hotel is poor value for money, especially if your are driving. There is a charge of euros 28.60 per day. Our friends stayed in a different room and their carpet was dirty. On a positive, the reception staff was pleasant and very helpful. We were offered a complementary coffee but decided to leave a day earlier as we really did not enjoy our stay.

Pros: Ability to check in early was brilliant as we had been up early in anticipation of cancellations on the Eurostar. The room, the blackout curtains location to the Eurostar and easy walk into the old town. When we returned to collect our luggage we discovered a ‘kids club’ set up for parents having lunch. I might have stayed there for lunch rather than going out had I known. Most restaurants we wanted to go to were closed on Sunday but we found somewhere to eat and she played for a little while.

Cons: We ordered room service on Friday afternoon & Saturday breakfast. Both times left our trays outside the room after we finished. When we returned from our day out our room had not been cleaned around 3pm. I called to ask why and they sent someone from housekeeping but the last thing I want is my room cleaned when I am there and I had to look after my child in the bathroom. I found this annoying. (We returned early as we didn’t want to get caught out with the demonstrators but I would have expected the room cleaned by 3pm).

Cons: The room and the bathroom smelled very bad (like smoke and not fresh at all , even after opening the window), very small bathroom and room, no plugs in the bathroom, the plugs were not well fixed in the wall which is quite dangerous, the hotel didn’t have the same standard like other ibis style hotels. I can’t recommend it. The employees were friendly though.

Cons: Not worth of 3 stars. As soon as I arrived, I noticed the dirty entrance and dusty window. The reception staff took some time to confirm i had a booking. I went up to my room thinking it wouldn't be as smelly as the reception.. and it was worse! Toilet smell as soon as I entered. While washing my hands in the sink, i heard a sound of water on the floor, and found out that the sink was leaking! Terrible experience. The room was dusty i was sneezing all the time. This is a 2 stars not more than that.
