The front desk was very nice and easy to check in. Looked like a Motel from the outside. but the rooms were very clean and modern. Nice comfortable beds too.
The location is good, easy access to many locations on long island. The bed was so uncomfortable that my back still hurt a week later. The AC clicked on and off all night (despite being on the correct setting) and it was incredibly loud/rattling/screeching, constantly waking me up after finally falling asleep on the brick-bed. The AC also left a huge puddle on the floor. The shower curtain had holes in it. The walls were thick with dirt.
I liked the size of the room and that the location was very accessible.
PARKING IN BACK EVERYTHING FOR THE MONEY ABSOLUTELY NO VALUE SURE CLOSE TO JFK....SO WHAT WAS ON BUSINESS IN THE AREA ALL HOTELS ARE OVER PRICED PLACE NEEDS A PAINT JOB. FEELS LIKE A FUNERAL PARLOUR
The sheets were old, had holes, and very itchy. the heat was blowing out cold air. bathtub was dirty. King bed with two flat pillows. Never again. Unpleasant stay
We checked in after 1am the check in person told us that he will extend our stay until 2am although that's pushing it but we checked in late. It was appreciated. In the morning we got a call from someone so rude we told him what we were told, he said no way you gotta go at 12. At this point I was annoyed and insulted. This person should not be at the front desk, no customer service skills I told him to check with the other person because 2pm it is. I would have been fine leaving but that nasty attitude. A half hour after the conversation, housekeeping pushed the door. She was most courteous and so apologetic as she was not told. The front desk people,need training. Not convinced I would stay there again!
When we arrived our non-smoking room reaked of smoke. When we said something one employee moved us to the room next door which was more updated and cleaner. Then another guy came and said the drainage wasn't working and our original room was the only nonsmoking available. He gave us some spray for the smell. We also noticed the carpet was wet from under the ac all the way to the door. Which he knew about but did not offer to do anything about. We also found a dark reddish brown stain in the grout of the bathroom and the toilet was leaking all over the bathroom floor. Beds were super hard and no fitted sheets just two flat sheets and a thin itchy bed spread. Will never stay there again.
Good location I'm surprise...this hotel is listed in Kayak/Hotel.com I was shocked to see the condition of my room. Anyone else would have ran! "you get what you paid for" just doesn't cut it, it was $90 a night. The walls were dirty and full of holes. The carpet floor were utterly disgusting...dark and full of gum spots. It's was the most hideous hotel I have ever stay, and I've been to many cheaper ones. Why didn't I asked for a new room? I did, it was the least smoky room.

The room was clean and quiet The motel is rundown and needs major renovations. The air conditioner was old and discolored. The sink faucet was loose. The front desk person was rude and unfriendly. The reservation made thru Kayak never was received by the front desk and was a complete waste of time.
We had a non smoking room but there were cigarette stubs on the floor and it smelt like the whole carpet was soaked with smoke. We found hair in the towels and the bed sheet hat yellow spots.
