Pros: Exceptional service by staff. Outstanding customer focus from every staff encounter.
Pros: excellent service every staff member there was professional rooms are very very clean pool was claimed hot tubs very clean very pleasant stay looking forward to going back again
Pros: Every staff member was professional and nice. Excellent staff made the stay delightful. Food was cooked perfect, and as a chef that is important to me.
Cons: Room was not clean. Pool & Whirlpool was also dirty. I was surprised that as many times as the maid knocked on my door before checkout to clean the room that the place wasn't spotless.
Pros: Everything regarding our stay was first class. We will make it a point to stay there again when we are in the area.
Pros: Pool and Hot Tub were great. Beds super comfy.
Pros: The staff was great! Handled everything thrown at them with professionalism and did a great job! Room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here when in town.
Cons: Iron had a rust mark on it, which pressed right into my white shirt. Staff got that mark out and "pressed" the shirt. However when it came back, there was a new yellowish stain( and this was literally a brand new shirt I just unpinned) on the very bottom and the shirt was far from pressed, leaving me scrambling to finish and get to the wedding on time. Staff was great, and immediately responded. Can't blame whomever for not knowing how to press a shirt with an inferior iron. Just wish it hadn't happened. Only blemish to a great stay!!
Pros: Staff was outstanding
Room was VERY comfortable
CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN- room looked as if no one had ever stayed there before!
Slept like ROCK!
Restaurant on site had outstanding food!!
TV in room was crystal clear and large!
Got a call from the front desk approximately 15 minutes after I checked in to make sure everything was acceptable and check if I needed anything- felt like royalty!
Cons: Restaurant service was ok, but not as great as the hotel. Bartender (at dinner) wasn't too outgoing and breakfast servers were busy chit-chatting with eachother, but were extremely nice. It was very slow during breakfast, so I completely understand. Dinner, however, is a different story. It certainly wasn't busy, but the way the bartender acted, it felt like either he was feeling rushed or he couldn't be bothered with questions. He was VERY efficient getting drinks- and that's what you're at the bar for, right?.
Pros: The staff were some of the best I have ever encountered. Very accommodating and friendly. I will certainly stay here again.
Pros: Overall great experience.

Pros: Price was great. Gym was adiquit. Restaraunt on site was good

Cons: Broken plaster ceiling in shower, "small" feeling of room, "old" elevator, limited vending selections... did not seem like a Hampton.
Pros: Plenty of parking
Cons: There was an odor of wet dog that choked you upon entrance of the building that lingered throughout the hotel.

Pros: Clean and nicely decorated room-- although a bit small. Nice hot shower. Quiet room. Breakfast was ok-- fresh fruit was especially good-- it was freshly prepared, not frozen fruit.
Cons: Needed a few minor repairs-- missing shades, missing towel rack in bathroom, and missing lightbulb, but otherwise very nice room.

Pros: It was better than I was expecting, complimentary breakfast awesome , staff was amazing totally worth staying
Pros: The price was about all
Cons: Came back one day and our for was not shut from when the maid had been in. I was not impressed. Didn't have anything taken but we could have.
Pros: Do not stay here it's a dump
Pros: The restuarant next door, Nino'a was peretty good.
Cons: Hard to locate, shabby rooms and dirty sheets, Had to change rooms to get clean sheets.
Pros: The bed was good.
Cons: Lousy parking . since I have stayed at this hotel for over 25 yesrs, not much has changed except the price has skyrocketed.
Pros: Staff was very friendly, and the location was off the interstate.
Cons: Kind of dirty, and the fruit for breakfast was old for the 3 days I was there. The a/c did not work that well and it was hot!
Pros: Hot breakfast. Comfortable bed. Location.
Cons: Door lock did not work, but was still able to secure room. Bathroom door did not stay shut, did not latch.
Pros: Friendly staff, good value, free wi-fi, plenty of parking. The room had a fridge/microwave combo. They offered decent breakfast options in the morning which was included in the price. While the common area seemed a little small, it was adequate.
Cons: While the rest of the room seemed very clean, the carpet definitely looked, and felt, like it needed a proper cleaning or possibly even replaced. It had several stains and did not have a pleasant texture.
Pros: Great breakfast!
Cons: I asked for morning call but they forgot. There are some blood-like stuff in the room on the carpet.
Pros: It's location to the event we were attending was fantastic. The staff were very nice at check-in and the breakfast in the morning was outstanding. I definately would stay there again.
for a 2 star hotel its ok the staff are very friendly
Pros: location was excellent for my business in CT.
Cons: the carpet needs to be changed
no one is going here for a 'vacation'. as a place to spend a night, it was perfectly satisfactory.
Pros: a perfect 'mid point' stop on our long drive to maine. a 'bare bones' motel, that frankly met the simple standards that we set for it.
Cons: the evening manager who registerd us was friendly and helpful (he quickly helped change rooms from a smoking room to a non-smoking room). the morning manager? NOT SO MUCH!! she was very loud, complaining and actually cursed while talking on the phone.

Pros: Quick access to the room, check in and check out was fast! The room was very nice and neat!
Cons: I suffer from migraines so I wasn't happy with their choice of fragrance that they used in the room, some sort of patchouli oil smell or something. They should use something less offensive. Otherwise there were no other complaints everything was fine!
Cons: Dirty / noisey / did not feel safe / hoodlums every where
Pros: Price was fair for an overpriced part of Connecticut. good bed.
Cons: No elevator. Smoke filled hallways. Sad breakfast. Dull and faded decor. You get what you pay for.

Pros: Charming, vintage, I loved the woodwork and the antiques.
Cons: The breakfast was just junk food, and the bathrooms and mattresses need updating.
Pros: This is an antique hole filled with lots of nostalgic charm. The rooms are old fashion to go with the times. The bed was very comfortable, the lobby was decorated in memorabilia. We were there for a wedding in the area and we enjoyed our stay. We did not have the continental breakfast, so I can't tell you about this.
The staff was friendly.
It is near downtown and we walked to shops and restaurants.
Cons: There were only 2 plug ins in the main room. One had the tv and coffee maker and the other had a lamp, so it was hard to plug in electronics for recharging
