Pros: It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is conveniently next to the interstate.
Pros: It was clean, the staff was friendly, and it was spacious
Cons: Most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on
Pros: Very friendly staff. Even though they didn't have a bell hop, the clerk helped me bring in my luggage. That doesn't seem like much, but I am disabled so it means a lot to me.
Cons: As a 3 star hotel, I was surprised at the condition of the linens. Everything was very clean but the towels and wash cloths were frayed and there were ink stains on the flat sheet. I'm not complaining because they were functional. I was just surprised!
Pros: Ideal price, excellent environment and conditions. Everything's perfect.
Pros: The quality and service we normally find at larger chain motels such as Marriott Courtyard. Staff was excellent; breakfast was excellent.
Pros: Clean, new furniture, comfortable bed, new feeling, color scheme in room, nice hallways lobby and breakfast area.
Cons: When we went for breakfast at around 9:30 there wasn't much left...bummer
Pros: Comfortable bed, clean room, friendly staff & a very nice comped breakfast!
Pros: It was clean and quiet
Cons: It was 25 miles out of San Marcos. Further than it appeared on map. To far to come and go.
Pros: Value. Safe quiet room. This was by far the nicest room I have ever stayed in for the money.
Pros: Front desk gave us a free upgrade to a suite since we were only staying for one night. Close to the freeway and the Buc-ees.
Cons: Awaken at 10AM by housekeeping seeing if we're ready to go. Asked the manager for a later checkout time. Nope, was told must checkout at 11AM! Not even an extra half-hour as a nice courtesy. I guess they really needed the room back asap. No returning here
Pros: I LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE MANAGER!!
Pros: Clean rooms ,nice hotel

Pros: The beds were comfortable and the hot breakfast was enjoyable.
Cons: This was not at all a pleasant stay. Half of the outlets did not work. The mini-fridge was broken, causing our baby's milk to turn. Our bathroom was both dirty and bug-ridden. We had no towels, and they refused to deliver them to our room upon request.

Pros: It was clean and the room was beautiful. Nice furniture and comfortable beds. Staff was so friendly.
Cons: No dislikes. Everything was excellent.
Cons: Pool, dirty. Hot tub, broken. Room the bedding was kinda dirty so that grossed me out.
Pros: It was in the area we needed to stay in.
Cons: We had a late check in and our air conditioner did not work! Neither did our phone. The girl couldn't get ahold of maintenance messed with it until 1:30am, but we had NO air conditioning all night, it was SO HOTand they wouldn't compensate in any way.
Pros: Pet friendly
Cons: Noisy.Hard to get to.
Pros: Rooms were great.
Cons: Location is a little hard to get to.
Pros: Clean room & bath
Cons: Slow check-in ,,, only one person on duty (who was on an upper floor taking care of a minor issue) ,,, had to phone the hotel to ask how to check in
Pros: Wifi in room , Great staff ,very clean rooms microwave refrigerator in room great price will stay again.
Cons: Hard to get to have to pass by the hotel and go around a block to gain access to hotel other than that no problems will stay again
Pros: The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean!
Cons: The air conditioning unit in the room had very little fan power so it was pretty stuffy, but if you wanted the heat on the room was hot in minutes...and as other's have said it's sort of tricky to get into the parking lot.

Cons: The air conditioner didn't function well. And, when other people took showers /used the bathroom you could loudly hear it in your room. I was surprised by this to be honest because overall the hotel seemed nice.
Pros: Convenience to where I was headed
Cons: Smelled like smoke.
Pros: Bed was comfortable.
Cons: There were roaches. Had to unpack my luggage outside once home. Frig made nose all not so did not get a good night sleep. Breakfast bar was cold.
Cons: Older lady working the counter too busy working on her crochet work to help. Made it well known we inconvenient her to get towels for the pool. Pool was freezing cold and full of leaves and bugs. Room had roaches. No manager available to speak with.
Pros: Clean and cool air. Comfortable bed.
Cons: Door to bathroom was hard to keep shut
Pros: The breakfast. Great varÃety.
Cons: The carpet. It's the reason I rated room and cleanliness 8. The carpet is dirty everywhere: hallways, lobby and room
Pros: The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The room was fine for the price, and overall it was a very pleasant stay.
Cons: Staff did not inform us about facility, breakfast
Cons: The air conditioning would not cool the room and they did not have syrup for the breakfast bar.
Pros: Warm friendly staff,Always smiling .clean place to stay. Close to historical sites.
Pros: room was clean, shower was hot and the place was quiet
Cons: The entry had a incense smell to it. not bad, just personally I did not like it. It also seamed like someones whole family was hanging out in the lobby the whole time we were there. Kind of strange.
Pros: Location, the bed was clean and comfortable
Cons: Terrible odor in lobby, elevator and stairwell. Smell was not apparent in room. It smelled like someone had thrown up on carpet in stairwell. I held my nose when we used it ONE TIME. Tile was cracked in bathroom and "crunched" when walked on. When toilet was flushed the water splashed out and got the seat and floor wet. (Room 205). We called the front desk for a razor. The attendant said he'd bring it in a few minutes. We had to call a second time. He said he couldn't find one. We were very disappointed and will never stay or recommend this hotel.
Pros: The staff was so accommodating and professional!
Cons: The rooms had an odd, musty smell to them that never seemed to go away.
Cons: First thing you saw was a big dumpster of carpet right in front of the hotel. Second thing was the smell when you walked in the front lobby. Third was the appearance of the man helping us ( dirty jeans and sweat shirt.). Fourth was the trash in the front lobby. Fifth was the black hair on the sheets when I went to pull the covers back. When we complained we were told to get off my property! Also tried to charge us for the room a second time after it had been paid for in advance.
