Pros: Bright, and very clean. Staff was very friendly. An out of the way gazebo with gas grills and sink were an added bonus. Stayed 2 nights and very reasonable rate. Wish my stay would have been longer! Will definitely return when able.
Cons: Was a little surprised the towels and room were not refreshed after the first nights stay. I don't travel much, so maybe that's the new norm.
Pros: Being in a remote area.
Cons: Being 10 miles out of town.
Pros: Lots of space. I had a 1 bedroom suite with 2 TV's. It had a full kitchen. It's easy to get to and close to everything.
Cons: Employees and guests smoked by the front door. I had to walk through a fog of smoke every time I went in and out.
Pros: close location to attractions
Cons: no pool, small parking lot, dirty silverware in room.
Pros: The proximity to Hatfield McCoy Trails is great!
Cons: The parking situation is not so good. There are a lot of riders staying at this hotel and the parking is limited for trucks and trailers. We did ok when we were there but if the busy season for riding was in full swing it would be a mess.

Cons: Train track was 25ft from the back of the hotel
Pros: Cost n room layout with kitchen!
Cons: Killed two worm like things crawling on floor, one at night n another in morning.
Pros: The hotel was very comfortable and had a nice size kitchen with a regrigerator that was not missing the temperture knob! The modern kitchen had all the extras for cooking and it had a large bathroom. The desk had a comfortable chair and wireless was +10M
Cons: The room needs a space for a couch to make it more liveable.
Cons: Staff was defensive, said there website was correct. Not responsible for other companies websites info listed (pool closed). Construction workers started early on Sunday morning. Front desk said modify was working and must have been a guest being loud. Later admitted they were working on 3rd floor and I was on 1. She would go into my room to see if she could hear the problem.
