the weather :)
We should be offered the opportunity to stay in a hotel room that has not had pets in it. Some people are very sensitive to pet odors.
I have stayed there many times. But the room provided was a disappoint
Restaurant service was excellent it was the worst room that I have ever stayed. In the past I had excellent rooms.
The room was the worst I have stayed. In the past the rooms were far better. Spending over $450 I could have stayed at the Far better rooms in LA
The Staff were very friendly!
The valet staff were so pleasant to deal with. They always greeted us with a smile and weren't too busy to stop and chat for a little bit. Very helpful and always so happy to see us. We also had a plumbing issue. They sent a plumber up immediately, and unfortunately wasn't able to fix the problem, so the staff moved our bags to an upgraded floor with no hesitation and no inconvenience to us. Will definitely recommend and will stay here again. 5 stars!
A Los Angeles gem
Style decor... very Hollywood Chic Loved the spa and wet rooms
Checking out and valet was a long wait
Not a 5 star hotel
Location is good and most staff is pleasant
Manager very rude and pool is practically on the atreet
Great food at its restaurant.
I reserved a room with two beds. When I checked in they said they didn't have any rooms available with two beds. They assigned us a room with a king size bed. I was very disappointed, my adult pregnant daughter was with me and I should have received what I reserved.
Not worth the premium cost
Nice location Well furnished and decorated.
Pumbling issues NO HOT WATER. I was unable to take a warm shower before bed. In room movie system also had issues. Hotel and room look nice but they have some underlying infrastructure issues. Room was also noisy. Lots of road noise even on the 9th floor. no self parking available . Valet parking $40 for one night.
