8.8 Very good
Pros:I like the proximity to the subway and the modern design of furnishings and finishes.
Cons:I was disappointed by the view from the eighth floor east end, which overlooked the rooftop of the apartment building next door--and almost into the windows of the apartments. Also, the desk chair was too low because of broken springs, causing the cushion to sag.

7.7 Good
Pros:The Commisary staff, environment, and food were amazing. The room itself was well designed and had amazing views. Valet was quick and attentive.
Cons:The elevators were slow and crowded. The brass handles in the shower were molded and rusty. The mattress was one of the worst I've slept on. The rooms were missing essentials like a coffee machine and toothpaste. I would have rather had both than the optional t-shirts for purchase.
