Very pleasantly surprised. This was the only hotel taking pets anywhere near our destination, and we booked with some hesitancy, having always considered Econolodge a low end brand. However, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the owner is on site and very hands-on, and the rooms were very clean, and well maintained. What a great value, at half the price of other hotels at this exit!

Pros: This is the second time staying at this hotel. It is conviently located and always clean. The rooms are a nice size and the beds are comfortable.

Cons: The conditioner upon arrival was half empty. I used what I thought was the rest of it in my first shower but when my room was cleaned that day instead of replacing it it was turned on its side. A half bottle of conditioner for two days? Not enough at all

Pros: Very clean and some of the nicest staff I have ever encountered! Front desk staff, ladies mopping the floors to the sweet lady over the eating area. The free breakfast was very good. Don't miss the best ever warm cinnamon rolls. We were very pleased!

Cons: We got there around 1 P.M. I assumed check in time would be around 12 noon or one. Couldn't check in till 3 p.m. I asked if they would let us check in early as we had driven 5 hrs,. They said rooms hadn't been cleaned I asked if they could get a room cleaned and get us in early and call us This didn't happen. Other than that everything was as it should have been.

Pros: The hotel i reserved wasn't ready at the time so they allowed me at no extra to have the king suite. I thought was very generous and they were very nice and tentavie to me.

Cons: The only down fall that I truly didn't like is the room I stayed in had the little roaches it's enough for me to probably not come back it's the one thing I can't stand.

This is an old motel from the look of it maybe a howard johnson and they had put a new addition for non-smokers. It was both reasonable priced and clean. Right there on the 321 Highway thru Lenoir City, exactly where it said it was located on mapquest. The privacy was excellent.

Pros: It was raining when I arrived and when I left. The hotel was clean and the maid service was excellent. The hotel office is small but reasonable. They gave excellent directions to your room, which for me was in the new section for non-smokers. Nice.

Cons: Missed the coffee pot in the morning. However there was a resterant next to the parking lot. Perfect for a quick run for coffee or breakfast. It was both good and reasonable priced.

Cons: Little or no maintenance at this hotel. There was mold in the bathtub and the door to the room had about one third of the paint chipped off. Also, road noise was present from the nearby highway.

we really like the location its close to where we visit and if the mold or what ever is causing the musky smell was taken care of, that be great!!

This was just a basic average motel room with the bare minimums and necessities. Handicapped room was not really a full handicapped room, especially the bathroom. Bathroom needed some repairs badly. Lobby area was dark and dingy and smelled musty. The room was clean and fairly quiet although it was a slow night. I would only stay again if I had a good coupon deal or a special cheap rate.

Cons: Smelled musty. Did not want to honor Priceline reservation.Priceline messed up reservation requests as well. They also talked bad about Priceline and told me to not use them anymore. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Nice place to drop for the night. Clean and comfortable. The property was well manicured and you could tell they took pride in it. I liked it for a one night stop on the way home.

Cons: There were some places such as on the door around the handles that needed to be wiped down. There were smears of dirt on the door. Also the baseboard area at the bathroom and dressing area needed to be vacuumed better.

Pros: After reading some reviews I wasn't sure what to expect but we knew of people who had stayed there before and for the price it was acceptable. The room smelled clean when we walked in the air-conditioner worked fantastic the staff was friendly. I am somewhat paranoid when it comes to bedbugs and I checked the mattresses when we arrived and did not see any signs whatsoever of bedbugs so I was very pleased.

Cons: The fixtures were old but clean. No shampoo or conditioner provided just couple of bars of soap. The floor rug/towel for the bathroom had red stains

Pros: Unfortunately, nothing. This hotel was so disgusting, we did not stay. We had to leave and go elsewhere. The front desk attendant was very nice, considering the situation.

Cons: The rooms were disgusting. They had black tubs, hair all over the sinks, trash in the beds, huge cigarette burns on the sheets and blankets, cockroaches, blood on the carpet, no light bulbs in the lamps, broken furniture and mold all over the walls.
