Great stay! We'll be back!
Open feel happy employees good location
Road noise from freeway.
The place was overall nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Overall I loved the place. When booking through Kayak the room had a description of mountain view, which sold me for 10-15$ more. Upon arriving the mountain view also includes a view of busy busy I-25 with many cars buzzing by that you could hear even on the 8th floor. Don't be fooled!
What's not to like? Great room, Beautiful facility, nice bar and restaurant, super breakfast. A real winner.
Cocktail hour is so nice! The rooms are great. Would definitely stay at Embassy Suites in the future!
Despite our late check in, the staff was pleasant and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and relaxing; just what we needed after being on the road for 10 hours with a 14 month old.
Very pleasant and comfortable stay. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day. We would recommend La Quinta and hope to get to enjoy again.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
The night front desk staff was awesome and deserve a raise. A bit of pet smell. Would be nice if they had a group of rooms that are reserved for NO pets. One of our sons has allergies that will cause asthma attacks to cat dander. He did not have an issue at this location.
Not getting the room I reserved and getting a SECOND RATE room. I booked a room with a King size bed and we were given a room with 2 Queens that they clearly reserved for people who use sites like yours to book rooms.
Location and price through booking.com Pool was not working/dirty
It was pet friendly, good rate, convenient location.
Friendly, accommodating staff. The room was large and comfortable The bathroom was very small.
needed more attention to the breakfast buffet. Ran out of many items early. toaster not working.
Clean rooms and Friendly Staff Our Room was right next to the Elevator and Lobby which made it difficult to sleep with all the noise.
Clean, good location close to freeway, quiet.
Comfortable bed and great breakfast Eggs and sausages should've been hot.
Hampton Inns have about the best beds anywhere. Our Ca. King was perfect, just as it was at the Denver Federal Center Hampton Inn. The hotel is surrounded by an outlet center and a fair number of restaurants just off I25 and Co. Hwy. 34 (Eisenhower Blvd.). Staff were superb, and I do like very much the varied breakfast experiences you can take advantage of next to the lobby or in your room. They also have a small sundries section where you can acquire snacks, beverages, and some toiletries, though notably absent were toothbrushes and toothpaste. Pool, workout center, and business center are outstanding! The hotel was being renovated in some places, but there was no activity during our stay over Christmas.
No hot water in the room, had to request it, should be checked by manager before I checked into the room
We really appreciated the clean room, bed, and bathroom facilities. Thank you very much to your room cleaners! We didn't like the breakfast times. We had to leave really early to return our rental car and to get to the airport. If you have an early flight, breakfast has to be at the airport.
Very nice room; king bed, microwave, fridge. Friendly helpful staff, good breakfasts every morning. USA Today
We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff; the very good breakfast selections; the wonderful, the relaxing area to sit and enjoy breakfast; the rooms were very nice and comfortable; good-sized TV.
Newly renovated with updated rooms very nicely done. My room was very quiet. Yes, it was still a budget hotel, but I thought I got a great value. Breakfast was pretty good (nothing fancy) with different hot options every day.
Location, quiet after 8pm Hotel is in middle of renovations so it's still messy in some spots.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the pool was indoor and also had a hot tub, decent breakfast options in the morning, I was allowed to bring my dog with me and I nice comfortable stay for my family and me at an affordable price. The door to our room didn't close automatically allowing my dog to get out ( she can open doors), the plug for the heating/air conditioning wasn't flush to the wall exposing the inside wires and the pool didn't have a heating element and had just been cleaned and refilled so it was in the lower 60's making it unusable at that time.
NOTHING!!!! I didn't like it! I waited an HOUR just for the attendant to come to the front desk. Then when I mentioned I booked through Kayak, they said they were full. I couldn't be more displeased! I won't go there again and I won't recommend it. Thank you for your time. Clayton Wagstaff
It was bad from the start The staff was terrible big lack of concern for being professional
Clean, modern, comfortable room was a great surprise! Construction remodel made the office location, and parking, a little confusing.
Easy highway access, free breakfast, friendly staff, nice rooms with a refrigerator.
Staff always available and knowledgeable. Breakfasts contained a nice variety of foods. Great location to a variety of things.
The staff was very friendly. Breakfast and coffee was good. Location was excellent Very noisy. People in the next room were loud as we're the people in the room above me. The price I paid was outrageous.Loveland , Colorado is not Seattle, San Francisco, or New York!
Room size, breakfast, and staff was wonderful Tub didn't drain well
Front Desk Staff were awesome!!Fitness room was awesome! No
Nothing special but it lived up to expectations.
Very friendly staff and hotel. Smaller size room.
The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very professional and went out of their way to please. absolutely nothing!
Exceptionally gracious staff! Breakfast quality and options were mediocre and not up to Fairfield Inn by Marriott standards.
At check in my credit card was ran 4 times. Placing a hold on 600.00 of my funds for no reason.
Quiet, clean, EXCELLENT breakfast, good accommodations nothing!

The staff were very friendly. We didn't find anything we didn't like.
Great hotel! Clean Rooms. Water slide in the pool is so much fun! Contintental Breakfast is Great! The price we booked it for isn't what they charged us. Our rates went up when we got there an actually checked in. They started cleaning up the breakfast 20 minutes before it was scheduled to close.
Most everything except the mattress. The mattress was concrete.
Great Hotel. Great staff that was friendly, very helpful. Rooms, as in every Candlewood Hotel wher I have stayed, was exceptionally clean. The price is really great for the quality of facilities and service. IWe drove late just to stay there and would do it again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. No complaints. I have made this Chain, my Hotel of choice if available. There is a convience store/gasoline store in the development that has good gasoline prices. This is the Only Candlewood where I have stayed that did not provide a complimentary breakfast. There is one fast food place in the area. No other restaurants nearby.
Highly recommend Candlewood Suites for extended stays. Nice room. Very nice kitchenette complete with dishes. Having a stove, micro and full-size fridge means you don't have to spend a fortune eating out. Only place I have ever stayed where laundry is free, and it's in the fitness center so you can walk on the treadmill while doing your laundry. Really like the food pantry. Most of the items are reasonably priced. Only paid .50 for pop instead of $1.50 like I have in some places. Very friendly staff. If our kids would have been with us they would have been disappointed since there isn't a pool. Only complaint was there only being 3 regular size pillows on the king-size bed.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with a light in our room not turning off, staff addressed it immediately.
Newer, clean, ideal location for our event. Got a queen room, would have liked a king even if I had to pay a little more.
Stayed one night for an athletic event I was participating in. Check in was quick & painless. Bed was very comfortable. Room had a microwave & fridge which was not stated in the hotel's info (wish I'd known this before). Nice shampoo (Matrix) and clean towels. Air conditioner worked very well. Offered me a late checkout time so I could come back after my event to shower before the trip home. Old, relatively run down hotel. Cost me almost $150 for one night but that seemed the going rate for that weekend, when numerous big events were going on in the town and every motel in town was full. Room was clean but housekeeping had left two dirty rags hanging over the shower rod. Other peoples' hair clogging up the hair dryer intake. Sheets were clean but had some stains on them. Supposed to be a non-smoking room but smelled like people had smoked in it before (or maybe nearby rooms.) Walls were paper-thin (but most hotels are so I never travel without earplugs!)
Location - some restaurants less than a minute walk away Nice room - liked the decor very much Noise - heard upstairs people walk
Cleanliness. You had to pay for breakfast
This hotel is very modern. It is close to many shopping and dining outlets. I'd stay here again. The bar guy knew his beers. The bar was out of stock of fruits to make 3 of the specialty drinks.
Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and shower was a good size. My room had missing blackout curtains. When I informed the staff, they replied "are you sure they are not there"... my reply was "yeah the inability to close any curtains because of their non-existence makes me pretty certain" Staff was still non convinced that I had just over looked them. Issue was never addressed. My heater and AC did not work. Weather in Colorado was ok and I was not either cold or hot, but the air got stale from a lack of movement. And lastly, I asked what time was check-out, was told it's noon. I asked for a late Che k-out since I had a meeting from 11-noon. Staff said "sure you can check out at 12:30". 30 minutes... Awesome.
rooms were really nice and it was quiet. I had two rooms and there were two couples in my party. My friends spent about 15 minutes stuck in the elevator 4/30/16 and it spooked them.
Thie hotel had way more then we expected. From the outside it seems like any other smaller hotel, but walk inside and the place is amazing. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Our room was way more then either of us were expecting. Seating area with a flat screen tv. Space to more around. Huge floor mirror, which my fiance loved. Bathroom was very mondern. King size bed and felt like sleeping on a cloud. Just the whole room was well put together and didn't look like a typical hotel suite you would get in Fort Collins. Honestly the pictures up doesn't do the place justice. The only issue we ran into was the spa didn't look so clear, so we passed on that but nothing to stop us from using them ever time we are traveling.
The evening manager rose was amazing
A GREAT EXPERIENCE !
Location is good for business travelers. The elevator is so small that if there were a medical emergency the paramedics would need to take the stairs because a gurney would not fit in it. When people did their laundry, the floor in my room shook so bad I thought that there was an earthquake and room was on the third floor! The front door was covered in moths so bad that you couldn't open it without getting them swarming you.
Great value for the money! Would definitely stay again. Rooms were nice and clean, beds were very comfortable. Indoor hot tub and pool were great. Continental breakfast with hot eggs and sausage patties allowed us not to have to get breakfast elsewhere. Staff was very friendly and helpful. To get the same at another hotel in the area, we would have to go to the next level up and spend 40% more. Carpets could use cleaning, but they weren't bad. A bit more thorough cleaning between the bed and the wall. Otherwise, we were very pleased.
We were traveling for my daughters softball tournament. The pool was a perfect temperature, not cold at all and the hot tub was just right. The morning breakfast was very good. Our room was bright and didn't hear other guests in the hallways or rooms. The front desk staff was very helpful. Will definitely be staying again if we are in the area. No ice machines on the floors, just the main floor. We were on the third and by the time I realized there was not an ice machine on our floor I was already in my pajamas and wasn't about to go downstairs. Also, not sure if the bathroom vent was working, it sounded loud but was almost impossible to curl hair after a shower because the humidity in the bathroom
the whole building was beautiful - it felt very luxurious and i really enjoyed our stay - wish we could have stayed longer
We were woken up by a fire alarm around 12:30 am and had to evacuate out into the rain. I know the fire alarm was not the staff's fault, but there was never an explanation, never an apology, nothing, from the staff.
The shuttle was a great perk and convenient getting to old town.
Was greeted by a delightful young woman named Jaclynn & she set the tone for a delightful experience at this Hilton. Would def stay here again.
Nice beds No, breakfast was included in the pries
The staff was good and the lobby looked great. No complimentary breakfast, to luggage carrier, the room was just ok. I expected more for the price.
They allowed us to bring our dog at the last minute with a $25 fee, the staff was nice and the room was clean. The bed was so uncomfortable. We are still working out the kinks we woke up with a week later. The air conditioner kept going on and off, as well as the fan, which made the outside hotel noise very noticeable. Usually, the fan will stay on even if the air conditioner cycles on and off and this one didn't and we woke up throughout the night because of it. The price was higher than their normal rates because it was college move in weekend and it was not worth the increased rate.
Easy check in and access to facility. Rather loud for a modern hotel, heard several other guests. Bathroom was a little out of date.
No longer offer free breakfast or coffee.
Not much. Even though it is expensive, it is cheaper than everything else. ...and they know it. Poor insulation between floors. People above sound like a herd of elephants all hours of the day, They say they clean your room every two weeks. They cleaned the first week and 4 weeks later, we're still waiting. Windows only open a crack, so you can't get much fresh air or cool the room down, have to use the A/C.
