6.3 Good
Pros: Have stayed here many times but certainly the service from the night manager having changed was not as good
Cons: There was not coffee pods either in the room or at the breakfast area that contained caffeine all pods were decaffinated and when asking a member of the team was advised that they had not ordered any.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pristine, new renovation of an old building Exceptionally well done. Spotless and comfortable.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the rooms and breakfast is excellent.
Cons: Expensive
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is the second time that we have stayed at the Inn at Hastings Park. We had a much smaller room this time, but were lucky to even get a room. It was very comfortable with a lovely rain shower and the Nespresso maker with real Half and Half. We especially liked being able to control the temperature in the room and it was quiet. The staff was very helpful and nice to a one. We had dinner and breakfast at Artisty and both were delicious. We highly recommend staying here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is the third time that I have stayed at the Inn. It is lovely and the staff is excellent. There is a very good restaurant and a bar onsite. Unfortunately we had pouring rain so didn't walk outside, but it is in a historic town with lovely walking trails.
Cons: I would have loved having a bath as well as a shower. But the shower we had was excellent.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location near Lexington downtown. Super friendly staff. Free bikes and access to nearby community open air swimming pool. Very cosy New England style accommodation. Very nice breakfast and super brunch on Sunday.
Cons: If anything, bathroom is a little small, but well equiped. I also did not like the Inn’s policy of a fixed tip for staff which is charged before you even arrive. A tip is a tip and should be paid after service is delivered and to appreciation of how it was delivered. This being said, in the case of the Inn’s staff, they fully deserved it and more!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed in room 30. Everything was lovely. Only minor bump was the room was above the check-in room door of the hotel and when people (probably unassuming hotel guests) would slam that door, it would rattle the house (and my room). Again, that was only a minor annoyance. What I loved: It was all the little details and obvious heart that went into making sure everything was lovely. The soft robes and comfy slippers, and beautiful tall glass water bottles... it just made me feel pampered. Also, it's the staff's caring and attention to detail. For example, I had a bouquet of flowers and the staff brought a vase to put them in. I let Alex know I would be working, and she brought me a table so I could sit in the window and work next to the natural light. Then the actual experience: All the toiletries (Molton Brown) and little sewing kit, make up remover and cotton pads to remove makeup were such a nice touch! The hotel bar and restaurant (great wine list!) were lovely and the bedding was so comfy! The hotel felt like home but with more pampering. Alex and the staff were attentive and helpful. Everything felt luxurious and well thought out. I will be booking here again.
Cons: Only minor bump was the room was above the check-in room door of the hotel and when people (probably unassuming hotel guests) would slam that door, it would rattle the house (and my room). Again, that was only a minor annoyance.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable and good food and service

7.0 Good
Pros: The room was nice. Came with a pull out sofa l, a nice little Kitchenette a dish washer which was awesome when you have a 3 month old. The bed room was spacious and the beds were nice. The bathroom was big and had a great set up.
Cons: There are a few things that I didn’t like about this property. 1. They let the guest/staff smoke right out front so when you are walking to check in that is all you see and smell. 2. The pillows for me where way to soft. 3. That day they had a gospel group staying. It was so loud and you could hear it no matter where you where. And many of the guest went to front desk to say what is going on. I think when you checked in they should of said hey a group is up stairs singing sorry for any inconvenience or disruption this may cause. 4. The breakfast sucked!!! The eggs where awful they were cold and the the cheese was not melted at all. The sausage was so over done you could barely chew it. The coffee sucked don’t get coffee here. Omg it taste like mud water. The only thing good was the French toast and the cereal.

Cons: More control over unruly guests
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy, clean, staff was nice

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Large room. Nice, comfy couch.
Cons: My room was on the 2nd floor and there is a rooftop right outside the window. When I woke up, there was a man standing next to my window doing maintenance on something. They should have warned guests so they didn't freak out and so they weren't seen naked
9.0 Excellent
Cons: No.

Pros: Great value. Nice lobby area. Should consider putting the smoking area on the side of the building.
Cons: Too many people smoking at the smoking area.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beds comfortable.
Cons: Ice Machine on our floor was not functioning. My husband then went to floor above and below us looking for ice. The ice machines on those floors also were not functioning. If at check in we were told machines not working we would have been aware and then called for ice. Also light bulb to the right of the coffee are in room was not working. Also, thought our room rate was a little high.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely, clean, nice beds
Cons: Cheerleading competition going on, so extremely loud for most of the night, but would have been a perfect room otherwise. Will definitely stay there again, hopefully not on the same night as a couple hundred cheer teams again, lol.

Pros: It was great! Love to pancake machine!
2.9 Mediocre
Cons: Unacceptable breakfast- no selection- nothing fresh - bad taste
4.0 Okay
Pros: Continental breakfast
Cons: The lady who works in the Harvest Room is extremely rude. She has a bad, grumpy attitude every single day. We stayed for 5 days. When she comes into the room to check on things or put food away, she’s throwing things around and slamming shut pots and various things. It made me and other guests uncomfortable. When I adjusted the speed of the toaster, she said, “No, don’t touch!” in the most rude tone (even though instructions say to adjust the speed). Thought maybe she had a bad and let it go. Nope. She is this way everyday. Please replace her with someone who actually appreciates their job.

Cons: there was not enough parking in the hotel lot so we were forced to park about 3 blocks away in a very dark lot when we came in at night
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is one of the best places we have stayed. Newly renovated, exceptionally clean and the best staff in town ! Also appreciate that pets are kept in only certain rooms so that those of us who are allergic can be sure of a pet free environment.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Convenient location right off 495 centrally located for easy access to Lowell, Lawrence, Manchester, Nashua, Worcester and Boston. Not much else to like. Free internet was okay
Cons: Hotel is just beginning to undergo a badly needed renovation. Rooms were old and tired. The couch in the living area was an embarrassment. The Marriott name on this establishment is an embarrassment.
4.0 Okay
Pros: it has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms
Cons: My family & I stayed at this motel in July 2018. The room was ok. I was not happy to see a person passed out outside in the hallway near my room. I did not feel safe at all at this hotel. I will not be coming back.

Cons: sliders on all the doors did not work well, sliding window in living area did not completely close,
5.8 Okay
Pros: The breakfast
6.3 Good
Pros: Beds were comfy.
Cons: Was asked by facility if I would like to upgrade my room two days before arrival. The offer was 2 bedroom suite with fireplace in a smoking room. Since the two people we were traveling with are smokers, I of course paid the extra for the larger room. The suite was a two bedroom, but no smoking allowed, in fact was told quite rudely we would be charged $250 if it was even smelled. Suite also had no fireplace. Quite disappointing stay.
9.2 Excellent
Cons: The pillows and bed weren’t the most comfortable.

Pros: Large room with a little kitchen area. Clean, great tv, seemed to be in a very safe area. The staff very friendly and helpful. The area was beautiful with the changing leaf colors.
Cons: It is an older hotel but it was in a nice area and clean. The mattress on the sleeper sofa was in terrible condition. It was paper thin fabric, torn all across the bottom and extremely uncomfortable. They did give me a little credit for it but compared to the other places we stayed on that vacation, it was still overpriced.
