Pros: The beds where comfy, breakfast was good, there was always parking available and they cleaned the room daily.
Cons: there was a bad smell in the lobby and the room. the pillows where too high. the room was smaller then what i expected them to be. the washer and dryer where out of order the entire time we where there. there was no iron in the room. the walls seem to have some black spots all around that look like mold. and there was a hole on the ceiling of the restroom that had not been patched.
Pros: Nice and clean facilities, comfortable space and room. Good breakfast.
Cons: Breakfast is only served for a short period of time (6-9am). Some people were not able to make it for breakfast when I was there. 6-10am would be much better.
Pros: Second stay here and was good value. Room clean and the staff was nice.
Pros: Reserved for wedding , great location for family, great hospitality.
Cons: Rooms need more lighting
Pros: Facility was clean and plenty of parking space.
Cons: The listed address of the hotel was not the actual address. I had to call the hotel for instructions on how to find them. They told me this was a constant problem with people being sent to the wrong place.
Pros: Yes the eggs were fluffy I wish yall had spinach or mushrooms for the omelet cause I'm a vegetarian but that's just me
Cons: I loved everything bout my stay I definitely will be back
Pros: Comfy well equipped room. Plenty of conveniences. Clean. Spotless actually. Fresh sheets and pillowcases. Clean as a pin bathroom. A good variety of foods in the breakfast room.
Cons: No bacon!
Pros: Clost to our reunion
Pros: Rooms were really small for them to have 2 QUEEN SIZED BEDS! Also the headboards of the beds had nasty drips and handprints on them. Very small pool. Wouldn't reccomend going to the pool if traveling with a big group because other guests tend to take over the WHOLE ENTIRE pool!! Lady was rude about my dog even though she was good and wasn't bothering anyone she was minding her own business. The worker wanted to move me and my husband to another room because she said that the rooms next to ours complained about the noise, when first of all my dog wasn't bothering anyone as soon was we got her set up in the room she fell asleep and second of all the rooms next to ours was my own FAMILY! In conclusion this place isn't really worth it.
Pros: Its quiet
Pros: The breakfast was fair.
Cons: Each area had a different awful smell. Poorly built. Found hair in the bath and the floor was dirty. Table was sticky.

Pros: It was clean and very nice.
Cons: The room was infested with fleas
Pros: Great location and the staff are friendly.
Cons: The pool was very cloudy. I was looking forward to being able to swim in a pool but didn't. The room smelt like mold. The air filter was so dirty I had to wash the tub out from all the black stuff on filter from washing it off my self. I did so because room 205 was hot. Definitely didn't sleep under blankets just sheet. Also my sons feet turned black from walking in the carpet.
Cons: Toilet broke. Pool dirty. Housekeeping never came around.
Cons: Clean place, nice helpful staff, and peaceful! We always sleep well when we stay with BW Longhorn.
Pros: Clean, comfortable and felt safe. Helpful staff
Cons: no forks at breakfast and room coffee pot not cleaned
Pros: The desk attendant was really friendly. She made the place seem more homey than I usually expect. The room was huge and very clean. I never felt like I was having a 3-star experience, more like 4!
Cons: There was no desk chair for the desk and I use this in every hotel I stay at. As soon as we got in our room and settled my husband went down to see about one. The check in lady was all sweet at check in. Now she played dumb when my husband asked about a chair. She said I don’t know how a chair is not there! Didn’t offer to let us have one from another room, just looked at him.
Went down for breakfast, 20 minutes had do not disturb tag on door, took off when we returned. We left for the day shortly after and smiled and said hello to housekeeping just down the hall. We had left a written note on the bed asking for just the bathroom refreshed and left a tip, too! When we returned in the evening nothing had been done to our room. The do not disturb means do not disturb ONLY if it is still on the door. My husband had to go downstairs and deal with the same weird check in lady to ask for towels.
Second morning at breakfast the help was standing around talking instead of servicing/ cleaning the breakfast area. Coffee supplies were depleted and the 2% milk pitcher was empty.
We had been on a 10 day trip with the last 2 nights at your hotel. Take some tips from the Best Western in Boerne. That hotel had fantastic staff that cared and it showed!!!!
Pros: Lots of choices-waffles and coffee were good. Tables kept clean-nice atmosphere. Variety of seating options. Staff was helpful and accomodating.
Cons: TV brightness was low and couldn't figure out how to brighten the setting. Blankets were minimal, but was able to get comforters from the office which made things a lot more comfortable. Not a lot of restaurant options in the immediate area.
Cons: Not cream cheese on breakfast. No wheat bread on breakfast
Pros: Beautiful design, very clean, great customer service, cozy atmosphere, comfortable bed, great location with easy access on/off highway, excellent overnight stay
Pros: Service & room were fine
Cons: Booking.com I will never go though them again . If I did not pay for it why did I get a conformation #

Pros: It was okay. Not anything special.
Cons: Checked in at the front desk. Never saw anyone there again. No personal service.
Cons: Has to wait for front desk clerk to obtain pass codes to computer-had problems logging in just gave up. Access computer elsewhere.
Pros: Size of room
Pros: There were two amazing ladies that went well beyond my expectations to provide phenomenal customer service. I cannot remember their names, but I will circle back when I do. Awesome ladies!! Laura was one of the phenomenal ladies, but the one whose name I cannot remember at the moment, loaned me $10 when my credit cards wouldn’t work. I cannot express how grateful I am for that loan because I hadn’t eaten all day and I was having a rough day. Please provide management with my feedback as they truly represent compassion to a degree you rarely encounter. I’m blessed they took care of me.
Cons: There’s no crosswalk to access stores/shops on the adjacent street due on the crowded/busy road.
Pros: Turned out to be a great home base for every where we wanted to see ! Only a couple hours drive to San Antonio , Waco , Hill Country and Greune Hall ! Very cute , small historic downtown . The breakfast was very good .
Pros: It was close to where we needed to be
Cons: First room smelled like mold and mildew, second room key didn’t work, bed was super firm, pillow were small, door to bathroom didn’t close
Pros: Very nice hotel. The staff was very helpful
Cons: Thought it was a little expensive for the area.
Pros: The staff were friendly and professional.
Cons: The room smelled strongly of mold.
Pros: it was all good!
Cons: The PILLOWS were terrible! All of them were full of lumps & flat! Did not sleep well at all. Spend some $$ & get some nice, fluffy pillows!
Cons: Front desk
Pros: Spacious well maintained Great location Enjoyed the breakfast
Cons: Room bed pillows sucked They were way to small for bed pillows. They were more like little square's and flat. No support what so ever. The breakfast bar was terrible Powder eggs and cold The sausage meat.tasted old and left over from a few days before The bread was old and had a smell to it Over all very bad deal

Pros: Room 114 was very clean
Pros: Family owned and operated. Small motor court. But maintained nicely.
Cons: It is right on a main road but actually at night the traffic slows way down and we didn't even hear any noise.
Cons: Was very pleasant rest room could have used a little cleaning on floor but overall was good.
Pros: wasn't far from where I needed to go and work races.
Cons: Only thing had problem with was the toilet wouldn't stop running after using the facilities.
Pros: The hotel was very clean and the price was perfect for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying there next time we go up to Lockhart and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Cons: The room wasn’t clean!
Pros: Friendly service.. Had issue late with tv and they sent repairman right away and fixed problem...
Pros: Very quiet even though it was on a busy street. The people were very welcoming and friendly.
Cons: No. The room was perfect for my needs. Clean, convenient, had all the extras. The bed was very comfortable and I got a great nights sleep.
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable and updated.
Cons: The exterior of the property is run down and unappealing. The parking lot is crumbling and difficult to navigate.
Pros: Had no food.
Cons: Several flies, needed a fly swatter
Pros: That management was great it was a wonderful bed wonderful experience
Cons: The bathroom was not clean there were hair in the tub on the back of the tub and on the floor. When we ask for it to be clean the manager. 1/2 clean it she toke a towel and move the hair so it would go down the drain. But never clean the other hair up.

Each room is equipped with a microwave and small refrigerator. Northside Park is 5 minutes’ drive from the motel. Luling Inn is less than a mile from Luling City Hall.
Pros: When we checked out.
Cons: We checked out at 10 am and I received a call shortly after that we had taken towels. He stated that if we didn't return them we would be charged. The hotel was run down and not at all up to my expectations why the hell would I take a dingy towel!?
Pros: Plenty of hot water
Cons: The owners/staff are rather rude and unhelpful
Pros: Cheap, had refrigerator and microwave
Cons: No coffee maker
Pros: Owner was very welcoming and upgraded us to larger room with bigger bed at no extra cost to us
Pros: Overall our stay was nice. The customer service was great. I didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable. I was greeted with a smile and the man at the desk was very helpful and made me feel welcome. The bed was comfortable and everything worked.
Cons: The blanket and sheets could have been cleaner....but we brought our own as that is the norm. It was very hot in the room when we entered but we cranked the ac and it cooled down fairly quick. The train woke me up the first night but I didn't hear it the second night.
Pros: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a working mini fridge w/ freezer that was helpful to us.
Cons: This is the smallest motel room we've ever been in; my husband had difficulty getting into the bed as it was so near the wall. If we'd had a lot of luggage the size of the room would have been problematic. We stayed two nights; housekeeping left us clean towels, but didn't make the bed. Never had that happen anywhere else before. The man who checked us in didn't greet us and never smiled.
Pros: Reasonable price.
Cons: No hot water first morning. No maid service in 3 days. Train traffic across the street created a "My Cousin Vinny" experience all night long.
Pros: Bed OK. Nice fridge.
Cons: 3 night stay and never had maid service, no clean towels until we woke up staff at midnight once to get a couple. No hot water one morning. Very thin walls and train activity across road all night.
Cons: A/c only worked so-so. Room was run down and stained.
Pros: Luling has a foul odor due to meth gas in area.. we were suppose to have been on lower floor.. we were put on top floor and odor was horrible.. Reason for wanting lower room so when wind shifts we wouldn’t be in direct line of odor
Cons: Changing reservation from bottom floor to top
Pros: We stopped because we were on a motorcycle and it was raining. There don’t have a washer or dryer for guests but they did dry some of our wet clothes for us.
Cons: When opening the door there was an odor that thankfully once we turned on the air the odor disappeared. The blanket and sheets had cigarette burn holes in them. The carpet felt dirty to bare feet.
Cons: Room in front of ice maschine, very loud all night. The room/wall/bath/fridge was dirty. Found open beer in fridge.
Cons: Opened candy bar in freezer.. Remote didn't work properly had to press buttons on TV.. Inside lock was broken
Cons: The room was not vacuumed (I found a comb and candy wrappers between the beds) , the carpet had stains, chairs upholstery stained and torn.
Pros: Clean room cold air
Pros: They are very good.owners. they keep a good inviroment feels like home

Cons: I loved it
Pros: I felt safe and we were next to a small airfield where we could watch the planes
Pros: No Wi-Fi. Total misrepresentation. Nothing to like
Cons: No Wi-Fi. Dirty.
Cons: Very dishonest people. The rate was a lie and when I got there the price was twice as much and they never told me I had to pay a deposit for the room.
Pros: Relatively clean. Good AC
