Lynchburg Motels

It was absolutely terrible. There were wrinkled sheets, there was a broken air conditioner that sounded like it was being hit from the inside with a hammer. Upon calling and requesting a clean up of the room, no one showed. Totally not worth it.

Excellent location - proximity to Liberty University. Lowest price I could find for large chain hotel. Head manager & front desk personnel was the rudest most arrogant & unpleasant woman I have ever met! We spent four days and her disposition went from bad to worse. You should seriously investigate and replace her immediately. Our room had a broken inoperable safe for security of high dollar belongings. The refrigerator was stuck on high ( control knob broken off and missing) so that anything placed inside froze solid. The bathroom was moldy inside shower and sink hot/cold control knob was broken off and missing. Finally, when asking for additional towels for bathroom, we were told "no, we can only give you two towels for your room." I couldn't believe it!!

They charged us more booking early then if I would have walked in off the streets

The fridge and microwave were clean. The tv was nice. I enjoyed the location, we were able to stroll around and explore. The staff was friendly. The air conditioner worked well. Lots of storage was helpful. The beds were never changed or cleaned. The shower was dirty. It smelt like smoke, perfume, and mildew the entire time. The air circulation wasn't good and there was no fan in the bathroom.
