The owner was very nice. We had quite a few bugs in the room
They allowed us to check in just before 10pm. We were there just long enough to leave and then were off the next morning and out of town. All we had to do was leave the key in a box to check out. It was incredibly quiet. We never heard anyone else! Wish the outlets were in a more convenient place to charge our phones overnight. I had to leave mine on the floor, and my friend had to unplug the coffee maker so we had places to charge our items.
Ratio localization vs price The road is close so a bit noisy
small number of units. Friendly, clean & comfortable bed.
The staff was helpful. The room was clean. The noise of the neighbors' air conditioners was annoying.
Older, a bit of charm, not pretentious, not a chain.

It had the Rocky Mountain charm I was expecting. The bathroom appeared to have been recently updated which was nice. I liked having a mini fridge and microwave. There was no safe in the room. The closet went unused during our stay and could have been more square footage in the room if it were opened up.
Nice view, clean room, and the staff was very professional. No
Was surprised at how spacious. King size bed was very comfortable and the many soft pillows were great. no
Proximity to RMNP Steep parking lot, bathroom door wouldn't close, TV awkwardly connected to extension cord hanging in the air.
The view of the mountains & the one staff member was nice. The room was VERY out dated...the screen in the window kept falling out...the free breakfast was a sorry array of old cereal...we did NOT eat it...the beds were EXTREMELY hard...the bathtub moved under our feet...it was really pathetic for such a beautiful country side...it had no vacancy so for the amount of money coming in there could be some update...the TV was ancient...the paint was peeling every where...a dive!
Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Nothing I'm a single woman. There were no locks on the windows, it smelled horrible and the bed was right by the unlockable window. I asked for a stick or something to put in the window, but they had none. The owner said she would buy a lock, but it would be at least two hours before she could be back. I had somewhere I needed be, so waiting in my room was not an option. I checked out and planned to sleep in my truck if nothing else. Found a great place called The Fawn Valley Inn. Best decision i could have made! Never book Americas Best Value!!!
Only a minute drive to the Rocky Mountain National park ! Beds were comfy and room was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Price was all around reasonable !
Staff was very very nice and accomodating. Room was very well put together and throughout a cold night was very comfortable
Location; sizeable room with a very large bathroom/vanity area; complimentary bottles of water, energy bars, and packaged muffins at front desk Blinds were in need of replacement; parking was tight
Nice location by a stream. Very friendly staff. Complimentary wine upon arrival. Fruit, water and snacks available in the office. Facility a bit dated and in need of repair.
very well equipped very friendly staff peaceful location
Price and micro fridge No housekeeping at all!! Had to go to front desk to get towels! Unkept grounds. Filthy area where ice machine was located. Room was clean on arrival.
Room dirty and dated. Pillow cases had hair on them.
Room was clean friendly an fun staff All was fine. Facility was dated but great for our use.
The location was good The service was not up to par with other hotels that I have stay at.
Location. Facility is ready for the bulldozer. Great location but has received no owner maintenance for a long time. It is literally falling apart. Pool is empty and structurally unsound. Sandstone steps loose in places and are a hazard. Towels threadbare and stained beyond recovery. Junk laying around everywhere. The Estes Park Health Department should shut this place down.
The view and being close to town.
Nothing... The pictures online, were nothing like the actual Motel. My cousin and I had received two separate rooms. The rooms had a awful smell, the room and bathroom was dirty. The "white" towels, were so old and dirty that they looked gray. We checked other reviews and found that there were similar reports and also reports of bed bugs, as recently as the week before. We ended up cancelling the room, we lost out of half of the cost of the room, but the other hotel we found that was $100 more, was a lot nicer. Funny thing was that when we were cancelling the room, the front desk lady didn't even argue with our compliants, it was like she knew.
Location, within walking distance of downtown attractions. Ice machine works. Disrepair. Dirty. Junk laying around. Linens stained, carpet threadbare, towels thin and torn. Obvious leak in bathroom ceiling, stained shower curtain.
