Cons:
The Hertz location is grossly understaffed. The employees are disgruntled. There is no queue which means I get into spats with customers over who was there first. The vehicle had been smoked in and was filthy upon pickup9.6 Wonderful

I reserved a car, and when I showed up to the location on my reservation, it was a building that was still under construction. It took me an hour to get to an open Hertz, where they were able to pull up my reservation and honor it.Dollar
