They at least called to tell me the car I was to pick up that day, but had rented online a few days prior, was not availableCons:
If they had called me before the day of the rental. The woman said they had been sold out of cars for days. I had rented it 2 or 3 days prior so they rented me a car that did not exist. They could have served me better to not rent me a car at all. Just tell me they aren't available so I don't have to end up paying more someplace else8.0 Very good
