I booked a full size SUV, got a mid size with a small 3rd row seat, 7 Passenger capability, with no room for a pair of shoes in the back once 3rd seat opened . very bad customer service, poor communication ultimate inconvenience,.

I needed to pick up and drop off AFTER hours, which I coordinated with Medford Hertz PRIOR to arriving. They educated me on joining the Hertz Gold Plus program and completing ANY car rental, to activate the after-hrs Medford pick up to "skip the counter". No one else had cars in Boston Logan, so the day before, I rented a car for a few hrs in my hometown in order to get the Medford MA skip the counter car. The rest of my experience was great too! If you try to pick up after they are closed and don't pre-arrange, you will likely NOT get a car. Thank you Shavaun!

The staff who helped me at pick-up was very kind.1. the car smelled like cigarettes. 2. They did not have the class of vehicle which I reserved, and I was given the worst vehicle i've driven in my life. I needed a car for a golf trip, and the vehicle I was given couldn't even fit 1 bag of golf clubs in the trunk.

Car smelled as if four people Chain smoked in it. Rental agency had no other cars on the lot to exchange. Felt sick entire time - smell was so strong. I ordered a VW Jetta and got a Chevy Malibu.

Friendly staff memberNot allowing me to pay ahead for a size of car that was t available, or once that had been realized, giving the staff member the tools he needed to help rectify the situation for me instead of making him ask me to get a refund myself and rebook.

Nothing cause I never got the carWell if your system did not alow me to make a reservation to pick up a car when the hertz was closed that would have been nice
