Cons: I don't like the re fueling policy. That's if a customer returns a rented car with a half full gas, he should not be charged for the price of a full gas tank.

Office closed when arrived to pick up car
Cons: The email I got failed to mention that even though we were told to pick up the car at 12:00 that the office closed at 12:00 and no one would be there for us to actually get the car. We arrived at 12:15 and had to make other more expensive arrangements. I was not impressed at all.

Pros: Overall, I was pretty happy with this car rental. The car itself was fairly clean and very comfortable to drive. I like that this particular Hertz location will pick you up and drop you off at home, saving us money on a taxi. The service was all around very friendly as well.
Cons: I had to dock points slightly in my rating, as our pick-up was 30 minutes late. This was due to a mistake on Hertz's end, and they were very apologetic.

Hertz was fine - car rentals.com stunk!
Cons: On car rentals.com I chose the option to pick up the car at the airport. They then showed me an address in Revere MA without telling me that was not the airport. Since I don't know Boston I assumed the address they gave me was the airport address - but of course it was not. Then it was IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of Car Rentals.com to try to straighten the situation out.
Pros: More car than I expected, reasonable price, friendly service, in and out quickly. Enterprise.

Pros: Good quality car and good customer service
Cons: I really didn't like that Kayak sent me to a location outside of the airport and did not give me any warning. The location was in the confirmation e-mail, but I never received a warning or notice that I would be sent outside of the airport. I stood in a huge line at the airport Enterprise only to be told to go to another place. I had to spend an extra $40 to get to that location, which I hadn't contemplated either and I was late for an appointment because of this.

Better than Expected
Pros: The price quoted was $200 less than an equivalent car at the airport. I was greeted as soon as I arrived but I had to wait a short time as they were extremely busy. I reserved an economy car but was upgraded to a full-size at no extra cost. The car windows needed a better cleaning, but otherwise the car was perfect. When I returned the car it was very busy, but I was helped right away and only waited 5 minutes for someone to give me a ride to the transit station. Total price paid was actuall $22 less than originally quoted.
Cons: Windows needed cleaning.

Great rental experience
Pros: Easy to check in and out, clean car, reasonable price, friendly staff, no wait, right on the red line so easy to get to. Would definitely use again.
Cons: Car had huge blind spots, making lane changes in traffic a bit tricky.

Cons: Next time I'll use Uber to/from the airport; takes a while on the T to get there from Logan.
