This is a very beautiful hotel, in gorgeous surroundings. We loved our room, with a view of the pool and a huge bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The pool and gardens were great, and it was nice to be able to have a pool big enough for a proper swim. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and steam rooms. The staff are excellent and the breakfast choice was incredible. We ate in the Egyptian bar and the beautiful Moroccan restaurant, service was exceptional although the food was a little underwhelming for the price, but we didn't want to leave the resort, so felt it was worth it for the convenience. The pool bar was great for lunch, and they also serve you at your lounger if you want a drink while sunbathing.
Staff are very charming and helpful, but there could be more staff/better organisation at breakfast. The first morning we were seated at a table which was already in use, we were then re-seated to a dirty table and asked to wait for it to be clean, even though there were plenty of clean tables available. The second day we were again seated at a dirty table which took ages for them to clean (and then they left dirty napkins on the corner!) and after waiting 20 mins for coffee, they eventually bought 3! I also expect more bottled water to be provided in a country where you cannot drink tap water, especially in a 5* hotel - one small bottle each is not enough.
An amazing property and the staff could not have been any nicer or any more helpful, fantastic!
Whole stay was memorable and peaceful
Can’t fault it
The walk-in closet. The service is impeccable..
The bed pillows aren’t very comfortable. The morning coffee isn’t hot enough so it cools too quickly. The pool servers could go around more often to take orders.
Very friendly and helpful staff Fantastic service and care ... even between the 5 start Hotels it is one of the best ! Large and relaxing pool side in beautiful green environment. People can be relatively far from each other with a little more privacy and relaxation. Pools are large and clean ... The restaurant we tried on the top floor terrace was beautiful and food was delicious.
No negatives !
