Pros (+) Our room was charming and tastefully decorated--very Key West. Extremely quiet. Nice rooftop pool.

Pros (+) The hotel is very centrally located, and has a nice lobby and bar, and the pool area looked good for families
Cons (-) The room had no window and was extremely dark. Light bulbs were burned out and the bedspreads were very dingy and dirty looking. For the money I paid, this was extremely disappointing.

Cons (-) very tiny, tiny bathroom. window was to look out at Duval street. impossible. rooms to small. stayed with because was a Crowne Plaza. was the worst one ever because of size and no BKF included. only friendly staff was the valet, probably for the tip. no thank-you, have a good day from from desk when checked out

Pros (+) Rooms are small, over priced, front desk made us stay in lobby for an hour before checking in, (from 3:00 until 4:00) we were booked 2 weeks in advance.
