Jason, Feb 2023 - The Clancy, Autograph Collection
Room was a good size. Accommodated a family of 4 people really well. We spent the night for a parade and baseball game the next day. Fireplace near the lobby was a nice touch. Needed a free breakfast option. Great location to explore the city.

Loved the hotel and staff were very friendly. The room could have been ready earlier. It was ready after 4 pm.

Peter, Aug 2021 - Hotel Adagio Autograph Collection
Front desk totally botched the check-out. This reservation was paid with Marriott Bonvoy points, but the desk put through about $600 in room charges (we were there 2 nights). Spent inordinate time unwinding this and getting refund.

Pros (+) The rooms were much roomier than most SF hotels we've stayed at. We purposely picked FiDi instead of Union Square because we wanted the extra space. We got the executive suites with king beds because they were not much more expensive than the regular rooms. The rooms was spacious by SF standards, nicely decorated, modern, and the king sized beds were superbly comfortable. Didn't use any of the oth...
Cons (-) The food options were not much to be desired. We ordered room service for late lunch and it was just ok. I guess we could've gone anywhere to eat but we're feeling tired. Went across the street to pick up dinner which was also alright. Parking was pricey so we parked our car at stockton Sutter garage after dropping the bags off, and Uber's back to the hotel. Stockton Sutter is a bit far but a whol...
