Lemon, Jan 2024 - The Saint Hotel, New Orleans, French Quarter, Autograph Collection
This hotel was effortless as it was elegant. Perfect size. Perfect location. Clean. Convenient. More than enough. Never too much.

Pros (+) Nice styling, good linens, good location. Staff was friendly.
Cons (-) All 1st world problems, but still inconvenient. Wifi was non-existent, then when I ask about it, they didn't know how to fix it, so the staff told me to call tech support for their ISP. I felt like they were asking me to do their job while I'm on my vacation. I'm glad I was there for vacation, because if it were busyness not wifi would of been a problem. Also water was turned off for 2 nights of o...

Mark, Dec 2018 - The Saint Hotel, New Orleans, French Quarter, Autograph Collection
Pros (+) Angel or devil. Your choice. It's the theme of the hotel. Besides impeccable service the theme carries throughout the hotel. You'll see it as soon as you enter the lobby. Enter an elevator and with a big screen TV the adventure continues. We had a standard room the first two nights but their standard is far above that in decor. Our next 3 nights were in one of their Angel Suites. If you think the ...
Cons (-) We couldn't stay and enjoy it longer. But we'll be back to NOLA (New Orleans LouisiAna and surely stay there again.

Renee, Nov 2018 - The Saint Hotel, New Orleans, French Quarter, Autograph Collection
Pros (+) Staff was efficient and courteous, all smiles everywhere. The overall theme of the hotel is seen throughout the lobby and common areas, ‘Saint’ white angelic areas and red/black ‘Sinner or Naughty’ areas! Rom was nice and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was super cute and modern and spotless. AC was COLD. Didn’t need the mini-fridge or mini-bar, we were in NOLA ! Everything is close by!
Cons (-) If you need to keep something cold, the fridge is full of purchasable items, so either feet them to bring something up or bring ice chest /cooler with you. (This did not effect my stay)

Pros (+) I normally stay at the well known 4 & 5 star hotels so I really stepped out of the box for this trip. The hotel was great we had a corner room facing Canal St. The beds were comfy and we had restful nights. We enjoyed the amenities and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Kotrell set us up with two amazing and very different tours. He also remembered us and always greeted us with a large smile and ...

Pros (+) Staff was exceptionally friendly and willing to help. I attended a conference at a hotel across the street and the Q and C happily held my bags after checkout until my day was finished, which was a huge help for me!

Pros (+) Decor and overall presentation of the hotel are great, staff are very friendly and willing to help. I wish to particularly note the great job that bartender Orrin has done!
Cons (-) Noise from the nearby car park loudly announcing every bloody car entering and leave the car park was a lot more than just a nuisance. I know it has nothing to do with the hotel, but travellers should be aware of this. Also hotel could have done better replenishing room supplies – simple stuff like soap hasn't been replenished once, and during a week of stay coffee pods got replenished just once. ...

Pros (+) We got free drinks at their bar because they overbooked by ~70 rooms (their staff had mentioned this to us). They also comped our parking. Outside of that it was a struggle.
Cons (-) They overbooked by 70 rooms, didn't call us before hand to help us find a solution. Meaning upon arrival we were told they were overbooked and we would be given a room far from the city. Getting them to transfer funds was a pain, had to go through our 3rd party site, also having them comp us for the price difference in hotels was only completed after I froze a portion of my credit card payment, th...

Pros (+) Even though the room and bathroom were small it was lovely. I want a a bedroom like this at home. Bathroom was pretty. Bed was comfy and thank you for once more than plenty pillows. 3 per person.
Cons (-) Only complaint was it would have been nice to have the glass for the shower go farther and close with a door. Water sprayed out of the shower a tad. I think if the shower head was more adjustable that would be solved. Despite this, I'd come back.
