Again didn't get a vehicle I was promised so didn't get rent a car this is 2 years straight they didn't get me a van after I was promised

The car was great and the pickup was smooth. However I forgot a couple of personal items when I dropped the car off when the site was closed. I came back the next day as soon as they opened and they told me they already sent the car off with someone else. They said they’d “look” but didn’t even attempt anything. I asked if they could call the renter and they said they could but never did. I had left my license in the car and instead of helping me, they told me to “get a new one”. They said they’d also call me if they find it. It’s been a week now. I’m pretty dissatisfied with the service here and won’t return. They are very unhelpful and the one guy is very rude if you don’t take the optional insurance.
