Although the hotel is large and has a lot of amenities on site, I did not like that my room did not have a window. It was fake window and at first I didn’t mind but after a day it became strange to not see the sun or the sky when you want to.

Pros (+) Rooms were clean and attractive. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Restaurant was mediocre and very slow. But nice to have that option on site.

Pros (+) The staff was very helpful correcting an error I made booking our rooms. Very comfortable stay.
Cons (-) A little expensive for us Rhode Islanders! Having breakfast included would have been nice.

Pros (+) The hotel had a nice fitness center, and room service food was great.
Cons (-) Upon registration i had asked for two double beds since there were 4 of us, not couples. We got instead and found a King size bed and a pull out couch. Very disappointing! My option was to cancel the reservation. Even though I was told the day before that a room with a two double beds was reserved for us.

Pros (+) The bed was comfortable and I liked the overall floorplan. They made it so that the main corridor feels like you're outside, but its all closed in, which I can see being nice durning the winter.
Cons (-) I was a little disappointed in a few things. There was no complimentary coffee. The breakfast was good but overpriced. The restaurant staff in the evening was slow and unattentative. Lastly, there was no free wifi in the rooms.
