Pros. The price and mostly friendly staff
Cons. We ended up with a full bed complained and was told the computer says it’s a queen so there is nothing I could do. Only got one role of toilet paper for my whole stay and had to wash my own towels
Pros. Didn't expect the 4 Seasons but this place doesn't provide any dishes or stuff to cook with, so we had to purchase these items which was hard when on a strict budget. Also, cleaning staff never came by on our "cleaning day" even to empty trash.

Cons. The first thing we noticed was the hotel was ordinary. The beds were done but was getting a feeling of not much cleanliness. There was no hot water. On complaining to the attendant at front desk, all we got was "yes we know there is a water problem in the area". How does that even relate to water being hot? There was only one towel. We were 3 friends in that room so ideally they should be giving 3 towels. On the front desk the attendant says they don't have towels and will give new towel only after they get back the other towel. This hotel looked more like extended stay. There was no housekeeping as well.for the price we paid, this was even more than a 5 star hotel in Vegas and with absolutely no facilities!!
