Pros:
My experience was a disaster!..... You confirmed me a pick up truck with ENTERPRISE and when I went to pick it up, they did not have it available... I spent $ 65 in transportation and 2 hours of my time plus disrupted plans, YOU ARE COOKS and LIARS!...... NEVER EVER Aagain will go trough you and will post everywhere how liars you are!!!4.0 Mediocre

Pros:
I rented a minivan for the weekend and received a great price on it, which was discounted when I paid in advance. The minivan was very clean on the inside. Pickup and drop off were very easy.Cons:
First, the rental agreement gave an incorrect opening time for the office. It stated that the office was open at 8:00 am on Saturday, but when I arrived there, it said that it was open at 9:00 am, which meant that I had to come back. Second, it was lucky that I had made a reservation because I would not have found a minivan otherwise (another customer asked for one as well and they did not have any). Third, as a recommendation, if you have to get insurance on your vehicle, it is better to pay for it when you reserve your car. While making the reservation, I was offered to pay $9/day, whereas at the office it was $27/day. Lastly, my minivan barely had any gas in it when I received it. That was a minor inconvenience.Avis

I booked through a third party site not only did you send me to a location with no cars available the customer service agent was no help at all when she saw she had no cars, I had to go to another location and luckily was assisted.AutoEurope
