Pros: Quick access to and from airport
Very modern and clean
Restaurant in hotel has good food choices beyond the norm
Cons: Late check out only until 2PM--hard for those with a late flight out.
Cons: I paid for my hotel room in advance, and I paid in full. My flight was delayed and I didn't get to the airport until 3 am. Hyatt gave my room away because I hadn't checked in, and then sent me to a comfort suites. I paid for the room, so even if I don't check in, why give it away?
Pros: The combination of staff anf facility was outstanding. I want to stay there next time.
Cons: it is a new property, so swimming pool was not available.
The hotel has 135 rooms and is within 2 miles from the Miami International Airport. Spacious suites, contemporary decor and free Wi-Fi are all here to make your stay a pleasure.
Cons: Windows that do not open so one must use a.c.
However we request a room with window or door to get fresh air..
Pros: I was very suprised with our stay. I went into this as a vacation made very last minute and saw good reviews but figured it would just be an OK hotel.
However it was a really nice place. The staff was very attentive. They book a massage for me. They set up a crib and twin bed for my 2 year old son so he could choose which he wanted.
They had smart TVs which allowed us to play netflix and youtube at night.
my wife and I especially liked that the hotel had many resteraunts, starbucks, pharmacy and many botique stores attached to the hotel.
The pool was nice, but the only drawback is that it is situated in a way that we only got sun in certain parts of the day as the building blocked out the sun before noon. so 12-5pm the sun hit the pool.
It was very close to south beath (lincoln rd). We had a car but with all the shuttle services you really could not even bother.
They had busses going to many of the attractions you want, and if it wasn't uber would fill in the few gaps.
I would 100% go back and do plan on making this a semi-regular vacation favorite.
It also helped that there were other familes with kids for my son to play with.
He had 5-10 kids to play with in the pool on any given day.
ENjoy! and thanks for the memories
Pros: I loved the hotel grounds, great location but our room was tight. Shower/tub needs refinishing. We will return.
Cons: Tub & size of the room
Pros: Great pool area
Cons: It would been nice if breakfast was included
Pros: The room was beautiful! Had an amazing view. The staff were amazing as well, very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Would have liked to see some more shopping boutiques
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful
Pros: Desk staff particularly friendly and helpful.
Pros: The breakfast is good!!
Cons: The parking is expensive!!
Pros: I thoroughly enjoyed our room on the 21st floor. The view was amazing and the room was very plush and comfortable. Enjoyed the daily Happy Hour specials and the buffet styled breakfast thats readily available downstairs at the restaurant called the "Catch". The service the Marriott provided was Awesome! I would stay here again.... $10.00 or less ride to South Beach using Uber or Lyft. If you don't want to pay the daily parking charge, there is street parking that affordable adjacent to the hotel.
Cons: There is no microwaves or refrigerators available in the rooms. However, you can requested these items if they are available.
Pros: Everything including location from the Port of Miami, nice lobby, great restaraunt, and view from balcony!
Cons: Pool was horrendous. When you go to FL the one thing you look forward to it the pool/jacuzzis. To put it in perspective, the pool water was warmer than the hot tub. Outside of the pool area needing some work, everything was great.
Pros: was ok
Pros: Nothing to write home about. The view was great but the rooms were standard! I expected a bit more comfort for the price.

Pros: The staff were helpful, responsive and genuine. The room was comfortable and clean. We caught a really great deal on Expedia.
Cons: The cost of snacks/beverages
Pros: This hotel is the go-to for my wife and I whenever we're in Miami. The staff is fantastic and the rooms are beautiful! Very close to incredible restaurants and bars too!
Pros: Hotel facilities seemed good but couldn't use many of them.
Cons: Pool overrun by near-naked chemically stimulated revelers. Incredibly noisy till small hours of morning. Phones in room didn't work.
Pros: Fantastic views, great location, comfortable beds. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Clean, nice room
Cons: Our shower, nor our phones, did not work. Fortunately, we were only staying for a single night, which made the problem not a big deal. Also, pools were not heated. They have two BEAUTIFUL pools, but no one dared to be in them at all because they were absolutely freezing. A shame, really.
Pros: The views were pretty nice. The room was comfortable, except for the constant racket of music, construction and traffic, not to mention the binging from the elevator
Cons: Super noisy. Disorganized. Staff not very helpful
Somewhat snobby clientele.
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Dirty, loudy, parking, people hosted.
Pros: Loved the location, restaurant and bars
Cons: I wish they had coffee available for longer in the am, start earlier and end later, I missed it every day, either I was leaving to early or too late
Pros: The staff went over and beyond to help make our stay comfortable-including an early check in and later check out to accommodate our flights. Well done!
Rooms are nice size and had great views of the harbor and city lights. Would definitely come back again!
Cons: Price for parking is steep.
Pros: No good signal tv, I can not go to pool for private pool party.
Pros: Outstanding service
We have stayed at Epic many times, but this was the first time bringing the kids. The kids had a wonderful time. As a family we cannot wait to come back!!
Cons: each stay at Epic has been an exceptional experience, which is why it's our hotel of choice when visiting Miami.
Pros: Room quality, location, pool, gym, breakfast area, Lobby, In-Room dining experience was terrific.
Cons: Bed linens were not soft, very rough and low quality. Pillows much to big and thick, no choices for pillows. Took one hour and three calls to get extra towels.
Pros: Fun lively noisy location in downtown Miami
Cons: We were not given the room we ordered but they did try to make up for the error.
Located 2.5 mi (4 km) from the airport, Kimpton EPIC Hotel features a marina and puts you just a 5-minute drive from Miami Convention Center. Guests can visit the spa to be pampered with massages, facials, or body treatments, and Area 31, one of 2 restaurants, serves seafood and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 2 outdoor pools and 3 bars/lounges are onsite, and rooms at this luxurious hotel offer up nice touches like deep soaking tubs and premium bedding.
Cons: I booked 2 rooms kayak through booking.com - received a confirmation number. Our late flight had been cancelled. Hotel didn't receive the reservation and when I found out, there were no rooms available. Night was spent in airport - very bad experience.
Pros: The room was clean but not spotless. Loved having a fridge, microwave & dishes. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. No airport noise even though it's very close, not even while sitting at the pool. The bathroom needs brighter lighting and a magnifying mirror. Also there were no luggage stands in the room. It's a good hotel for a quick stay while traveling but I wouldn't consider it a vacation spot.
Pros: They make me feel like a queen
Cons: It's not on the beach.
Pros: Staff was very helpful. To go breakfast bags were nice, since we had to leave before the hot breakfast service started. The room was comfortable and nice sized. The deal on leaving your car parked while on your trip was great. Shuttle was reliable, location is close to airport, without being too close. Starbucks, Walgreens and Publix are across the street - very handy.
Cons: The hot tub wasn't hot! Construction noise was unexpected on a Sunday.

Cons: No parking at hotel. Had to park 4 blocks away just to check in. $30 for overnight parking.
Floors in room were dirty.
Elevator was broke. Stairs only.
Glass globe from light fixture came crashing down and shattered all over tile floor and bed. Had to move rooms in middle of night.
A/C didn't work well. 77degrees in room all night.
Beds were lumpy.
Internet photos are very misleading on this place!!!!!!!
Originally built in 1936, right in the heat of the worldwide Art Deco movement, the Cavalier Hotel is truly a part of South Beach history. Recently renovated in 2015, the hotel was given a few modern updates and alterations, but still possesses a unique charm and style unlike any other in Miami.
Today, the Cavalier Hotel still offers one of the most affordable experiences in all of Miami, and is absolutely unbeatable in value for its highly desirable location. Situated directly on Ocean Drive, and sitting just steps from Lummus Park and the Atlantic Ocean, this South Beach boutique hotel is within close proximity to all the city’s most important sites and within the heart of its ever growing arts and culture scene.
Cons: Flight left me and I Sent them Proof from American Air Lines Then they promised me to re-booking amount, week left and did not recover the amount Whenever I tried to contact them A person who on the counter Transfer my calls to The Department Competent and No one answers no one call me back again ..... they are thieves
Pros: The location, the size and quality of the room and bathroom, the courtesy and skill of the staff.
Cons: We liked it. We'll come back.
Pros: Location and pool.
Cons: Dirty pool, dirty spa, dirty room, expensive forn nothing. Even the holiday inn has a slepers and more clean the bathroom and bedroom.
The closet was broken, and they gave us a room for special capabilities i dont know why.
Pros: Location is great. Friendly staff.
Cons: Reception lobby too small and crowded. Walls too thin.
Pros: The W Miami is a beautiful hotel with amazing amenities. The rooms are luxurious with king size beds and large bathrooms. The fitness center has all the machines needed for a good workout, and a hot tub for after the workout. There is a large pool on the 15th overlooking the bay. I can't wait to return.
Pros: Amazing room, will definitely go here again. Staff was helpful in providing a room when Amoma failed to make a reservation for the hotel. If you are booking a hotel room from kayak through a third party, buyers stay away from Amoma!
Pros: Modern, cool, hip--like all W Hotels. Unlike some, there wasn't loud music playing at 3 am at the upstairs club. View is great. Gym is good, but a bit of a haul to get to as it is in a different building.
Cons: Hotel messed up my bill quite badly and overcharged me by about $500. Only attempted to resolve after I had to intervene at check-out and again over the phone (and I still haven't seen the final refund come through via the bank). Additionally, while I was having dinner, the bartender at the restaurant came up while he was on Skype with his son and was like--"look at this beautiful woman eating by herself!" It felt a bit invasive.
Pros: Pool,location,bed itself was nice.
Cons: Customer service was very bad for a 5 star hotel, mold in hallways of room, dirty stained carpets, every piece of furniture was damaged and just looked bad. If I wanted to stay in a hotel 6 I could have saved 200 dollars.
Pros: The hotel and atmosphere were great. The best service were the bell hop and the valet service.
Cons: Untrained staff, in particular the service in the restaurant was poor! Front desk gave conflicting information are not clear when asking about restaurants.
Pros: Loved this hotel. The concierge Jorge Rocha was so helpful, he gave us GREAT customer service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami.
Revel in W Miami’s downtown location at the northern gateway to Brickell Avenue. Stay close to numerous corporations on “Wall Street South,” then escape to the area’s legendary restaurants, pulsating clubs, cultural institutions and sporting venues. Indulge yourself in our 28,000-square-foot spa and fitness center. Catching some rays on the 2-acre WET Deck featuring a 300-foot infinity pool on Biscayne Bay. Sip cocktails at FIFTY Ultra Lounge while admiring dramatic views of the skyline. Stay awhile. Created for discerning globetrotters, each of our 146 guest rooms and suites features a private balcony that overlooks the city or the Miami River, plus marble bathrooms with Bliss Spa® sinkside six lemon + sage bath amenities.
Cons: I did not like that there was no room service
Pros: Our stay at the Grand Beach Hotel Surfside West was one of the nicest hotel experiences we have ever had. We were impressed with the lovely décor, the immaculate appearance of the lobby, the friendliness of the staff, and the size and amenities of our room. We were attending the Seidner-Sakin wedding and had booked through Bookings.com. There was a problem in the room with several reservations in regards to the type of beds that were being offered. We contacted the Hotel Manager, Andrew, and he straightened out the reservations in a professional and courteous manner. We also were given the use of the Grand Beach Hotel's beach and other facilities. The beach and the service of it's staff were helpful and attentive. We enjoyed several meals at the restaurant and found the food to be delicious and quite varied. We plan on returning for a vacation in the future and would highly recommend this hotel. We consider this a 5 out of 5 and a true find!
Pros: For us this hotel was a splurge but it was really lovely. Staff was uniformly kind and attentive. Roof top pools on both buildings were nice. We frequented the main building roof top pool and the chaise lounges on the beach. Room was very nice for three close adult friends (two baths, two beds, one pull out couch).
Complimentary 8 am roof top yoga on the main building was a special treat. Many thanks to Melody for the class (and a great restaurant recommendation).
It is north if South Beach, if that is what you are looking for but a quick Uber, cab, or even rented city bicycles can get you there.
At Grand Beach Hotel Surfside West, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Aventura Mall. Guests can take a dip in one of 2 outdoor pools, and the spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day. Rooms offer up nice touches like iPod docks, premium bedding, and bathrobes.
Pros: Hotel Excelente tudo e perfeito vou voltar para ficar mais vezes
Pros: Amazing location, beautiful balcony and loved all the pools!
Cons: Wish there was a adult only pool
Pros: The room's view of the ocean! Wow!
The room's layout - bed, space, yuge bathroom, closets, room safe, fridge... perfect.
The parking valet, bell staff and counter staff were on their game and made our entrance and getaway as easy as it can be.
We will be back! Thanks Eden Roc.
Cons: Canceled reservation with one day's notice.
Pros: Relaxed pool environment
Cons: Service by staff was slow
Pros: The valet and restaurants service was ok.
Cons: It was dated. The sheets in the bed were torn up. The phone was dirty. The fridge was broken (found out about that after 200 in good spoiled ). There was some woman that I could only say was a pimp yelling and cursing on her cell phone. When we asked if she could be removed they told us that she brings them a lot of business and is there all of the time. The elevator was old and their food was disgusting. I would never even walk through that place again even after they renovate
Pros: Right next to Fountainbleu. On the beach. Solid amenities. Nice bar scene at night.
Cons: A little up from southbeach. Wish it was closer but you cant complain. Long walk to convenient stores
Pros: Overall very good experience. Excellent location and service.
Rooms are clean. Spa was lovely.
Cons: Upper pool is under construction and spa pool in bad need of renovation. The beach facing bar/ restuarant will also be a huge amenity when open (in the spring?) but I missed having a second food option onsite and ended up going next door.
Pros: Eden Roc's resort is nice. The private beach and pools are the best part of the hotel. Cabana restaurant was also good - but, they don't serve brunch and stop serving breakfast at 11am (a little early if you're on vacation). The food is a bit over priced as well. It's a good place to bring your family.
Cons: DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. WAIT UNTIL THEYVE FINISHED RENOVATING. The majority of the hotel is under construction. The entire lobby is closed off with white curtains due to the construction, leaving only the elevators and front desk assessable. The set-up makes the hotel dark and depressing. The decor is outdated. The staff at the front desk was not friendly at all. Most of all, the rooms in the main tower are NOT what you will expect them in a resort. We stayed in a deluxe king room and it was tiny! The view was terrible! If you're going to stay here you have to stay in the ocean view tower and don't be afraid to pay for the best rooms available: only then will your stay be worth your buck.
Pros: Staff was very friendly, courteous and accomodating, food and drinks were delicious. The beds were so comfortable that I did not want to get up. The convenient access to the beach was great, as well as the beach chair amenity, twas welcomed! Due to the inconveniences my sister, cousins and I were given complimentary tickets for drinks and breakfast.
Cons: Some staff were not truthful when faced with conflicting situations, which led to a lot of unwanted and unnessary aggravation, and wasted time. A lot of renovation was, and still is taking place, which also added to 2 of 4 elevators being unaccessible. Thus waiting for the elevator was a task. And getting on the elevator was another task, then getting to your room or the lobby was another task in itself. Had I known about the renovation that I was not told about, I would have booked another hotel. The room was not a replica of the luxurious room that was pictured. The refrigerator was not working, thank God I did not have my kids with me.
Cons: Renovations were taking place during my stay. It was extremely loud. Difficult to enjoy my room or time at the pool.
Cons: The only issue was all the construction we were NOT warned about!!
Located on Collins Avenue, this oceanfront high-rise in the heart of Miami Beach, is 11 miles from the airport, 2 miles from the Miami Beach Convention Center and 5 miles from South Beach.
Pros: Nice big room, very clean, staff was very nice! Loved the Pawnbroker rooftop bar/restaurant....great atmosphere! Close to Bayfront Park area and Brickell Avenue and Marlins Park.
Cons: No ice machine on floor and had to get ice from room service. The regular restaurant was closed for renovations. They charged a hotel fee for their continental breakfast even if you didn't eat breakfast.
Cons: The location is terrible nothing to do around there. Customer service is terrible very rude staff especially in the restaurant. Will never stay there again.
Cons: There was nothing open including room service and there was a dead cockroach in our room.
Pros: The Langford is absolutely beautiful and I loved its character! They managed to maintain a lot of its unique architecture with modern touches. The downtown location was convenient for all of the things we wanted to do.
Cons: I didn't like the breakfast situation. When I booked online, it said out breakfast would be included, however, when we went upstairs the first morning we were immediately accosted about our breakfast coupons and then told we could only have the pastries, coffee, and orange juice, since we didn't have the coupons. I'm 6 months pregnant and had my 1 year old daughter with us, so this was very frustrating. But there were several options within walking distance. Also, we wanted to use the sky lobby while we were there, but there was some kind of model casting going on all day both days we were there so it was packed.
Pros: The staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating. The rooms were smaller, but clean and chicly decorated. PB station had delicious food and the rooftop bar was fun!
Pros: How courteous the doormen and front desk employees were, great shower. Nice comfy bed.
Cons: Apparently requesting a second bucket of ice is an unreasonable request. Not according to the front desk but to whoever tells the person that actually comes to your door. This was off putting to say the least.
Located 4 mi (6.4 km) from the airport, The Langford Hotel features a rooftop terrace and puts you just a 5-minute drive from Miami Convention Center. The rooftop bar is a great place to grab a drink, and guests looking for a bite to eat can check out PB Station, which serves American cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Rooms at this upscale hotel offer up nice touches like iPod docks, premium bedding, and bathrobes.
Just 1.4 mi (2.3 km) from the airport, ME Miami features a rooftop terrace and puts you within a 10-minute drive of Port of Miami and Vizcaya Museum and Gardens. After a dip in one of 2 outdoor pools, guests can grab a bite to eat at STK, which serves American cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Rooms at this upscale hotel offer up nice touches like deep soaking tubs, iPod docks, and premium bedding.
Cons: Memorabilia from Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr
Pros: It was nice being on the beach. The pool area is beautiful.
Cons: The rooms are dated. No recent upgrades.
Cleanliness is questionable. Everything is super expensive on the property. $12 for a ginger ale, $10 for a bottle of water, and $30 for an alcoholic beverage on the beach.
Doesn't make sense when you are supplied with the most generic soap, shampoo, and conditioner in your room. Nothing is beautiful in the actual hotel rooms. Only the amenities, restaurants, lobby, and pool areas are aesthetically Pleasing. I will not stay there ever again.
Pros: Everything you needed was at the hotel
Cons: The beds were very uncomfortable making it hard for me to enjoy my stay there. with the money you pay for the hotel the beds should be comfortable, giving you an at home feeling. The suite rooms we were in smelled very old
Pros: Location was excellent. The staff was very welcoming and incredibly helpful. The buildings are beautiful and everything was easy to use and easy to navigate. Overall the best hotel experience by far!
Cons: N/A-Very impressed with everything!
Pros: The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable
Cons: The staff is unfriendly and rude. They constantly remind you of what you "can" or "cannot" do as if you are in an airport. They have an extremely poor customer service as a whole. I travel to
Miami quite often and there are plenty of other 5-star hotels on Miami Beach that in my opinion have better customer service and are not filled with juvenile delinquent guests.
Pros: Stayed in the Chateau tower which was better than Versailles.
Cons: It's a bit north of South Beach but not too bad.
Pros: Location, room ,restorants,everything
Cons: Fees for beech furniture rent
Pros: Pool and spa nicely designed
Cons: Got there and found there were nerds and lipstick on the carpet as well as a big wet mark. I called front desk to see if the room had been cleaned and they said they didn't known but they could connect me to house keeping to see if I could get someone to come clean it. I said "can't you do that" she just said would u like me to give you house keeping number or not. Then on Kayak it soecifically says on some options "no breakfast w this deal" so I picked the higher price option bc it did not say that. I get to hotel and they tell me
Breakfast is not included. Then I try to go to spa and they charge me more money even after I showed them
My Kayak reservstion says spa included. Later that night I come back to the room to find it was never cleaned. I wouldn't even have complained about any of this had I not paid over $400 for the one night I stayed here.
Pros: The property is amazing! The pools are great - got a little crowded on the long weekend - but very enjoyable. We had an oceanfront room and the views were breathtaking.
The beach access was really good and you got free beach chairs.
Its a little away from south beach and all the shops and restaurants - but we knew that going in.
Room service was not up to par - they routinely forgot to replenish our coffee/ sugar.
Cons: The food was just OK - and the price for food and drinks was exorbitant.
Valet only parking and it was $45 per day!!
Cons: The pool is closed very early
Pros: Amazing hotel. A little bit of a struggle to get a pool chair in the morning, but the room and views were spectacular
Cons: A little far from all the excitement in south beach
Pros: Beautiful hotel
great night life

Defined by inspiration, expression and engagement it is a new culture in which anticipation exists from first awareness to long after departure. Participation allows guests to tailor experiences to their own desires. Technology encourages guests to share unique memories and create a perpetual experience.
Cons: didn't clean the room once in four days
put an unauthorized charge on my account after check-out
room faced the loading dock and was incredibly noisy
Pros: No thing
Cons: It to many dogs and Pet in the hotel it's like zoo or farms
Pros: Drove with my family of 5 from Chicago to Disney and then Miami. Juergen at the front desk noticed our exhaustion and placed us in a beautiful 2br that truly salvaged our sanity! Amazing views, huge amounts of space and total luxury! I became a Hilton Honors member due to Juergens customer care! Thank you
Cons: House keeping and room service dropped the ball however I believe it was due to being in the condo section rather than the hotel end.

Cons: smells bad everywhere, fruit on breakfast is from cans.
no refrigerator in room
Pros: The coffee
Cons: It was old, shabby and out of the way
Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: The room was smelling really bad and it was dirty!
Pros: The man who checked us in, I can't recall his name, was very helpful. He made it his business to go above and beyond. I booked online and the reservation was not sent through the company. This gentleman had it fixed in minutes. He was professional, helpful and spoke highly of the facilities. He assured us of our safety, during hurricane Matthew. He told us of hurricane windows and a generator. )3 was very helpful, and eased our minds.
Cons: The carpet was not vacuumed in our room. Otherwise it was clean.
Pros: Room was clean staff was polite
Breakfast on time satisfied
Cons: The second day rolled eggs
Cons: I waited 1.5 hrs for the airport shuttle and the breakfast was very unhealthy and the air conditioner was old and loud.
Cons: One of the elevators was out of order, so there were long waits. In our first room the air conditioner did not work and there was no mini fridge. The air conditioning on the floor of the second room did not work but did in the room. We were sweating while waiting on the one working elevator. The indicator lights in the working elevator did not work so there was confusion if the elevator was going up or down and what floor it had stopped at. The breakfast was ok but they could not keep it stocked. As soon as they brought out food it was gone immediately. The rooms were clean and it was quiet but not up to Hampton Inn standers.
Pros: I needed a hotel close to the airport and wasn't expecting to find something So quiet and comfortable with class. The pillows & down comforter were heavenly.
Cons: I didn't have enough time to enjoy everything.
Pros: The breakfast bar was wonderful. And the pool area was very nice.
Cons: The surrounding area was not as nice as I would have liked. Also wish all of the staff would have spoken English. It felt a bit like being in a foreign country.

Pros: It was easy to book through kayak search engine. Check in was super fast.
Cons: We had 2 double beds, husband and wife slept in different beds.....
-"Nickel & Dime" you on several costs such as:
*water bottle in room
*using fridge in room for own belongings
*parking ($18/night USD)
*morning coffee ($3-5)
-No complimentary breakfast (hot buffet $24)
-No surrounding restaurants within walking distance
-Multiple younger adult events (ie. proms, graduations) that was a little inconvenient.
-Room was not as cleaned as previous Hilton's I have stayed at before (ie. dusty, old soap crusted on shower soap holder)
-Strict with early check-in fee ($35). Arrived at 2pm, wouldn't waive fee for checking in at 3pm
-Short trip to airport
-Nice pool/gym facilities
-Very friendly and helpful staff
-In general, facility was clean and aesthetically appealing (excluding aforementioned example above).
Recommending only 2 stars based on high cost with many other competitors in surrounding area. I would advise researching other hotels prior to committing to this specific Hilton.

Pros: Very quite and safe location. Clean room, friendly staff and very convenient restaurant/bar. Very nice not to have to drive to eat dinner
Cons: $17.00 parking fee
Very small and half empty shampoo & conditioner bottles
Pros: Roomy. Clean
Cons: The hotel nickel and dimes you for everything. No complimentary breakfast. No complimentary fridge. View was of a roof. Horrible view
Pros: We loved the blackout shades on the windows which allowed us to sleep in from the late night flight.
Pros: My stay
Cons: Not long enough stay
Pros: Clean comfortable beds, Great views, nice bathroom
Cons: Was missing small items from room after first night room attendants cleaned room. Last morning before checkout staff barged into room. The hotel and facilities were great but houskeeping staff could be better.
Pros: The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean. However, certain things like our acid reflux meds were missing or either thrown away, which was very odd. Also, when we were getting ready to leave around 8 AM the maid services were already barging in to clean the room, which kind of caught us off guard.
Pros: The front dresk service was great!
Cons: The phone lines sounds awful !
Pros: While the hotel is older it was built right and they have done a fantastic job maintaining it. The rooms were so clean and comfortable, it was an absolute pleasure.
Cons: As it is close to a large international airport, you may at times find yourself bumping into people that aren't used to our culture, like politely standing in line, or not blocking the main entrance with your entire group and all their luggage.

Pros: It was near the airport and there was a shuttle, but there are many many others.
Cons: Dirty hallways, pizza delivery menus on the floor outside the door to the room, tacky decorations, a big metal board at the base of the bed for no apparent reason. And when I pulled the covers off the bed, the sheets were completely full of stains, debris, and little hairs. DISGUSTING. I've never left a hotel room before in my life, but I left right away. Even if they changed the sheets, I wouldn't want to sleep or shower in a place like that. As of now, hotels.com has not refunded me.
Pros: The location was perfect. 0.9 miles from the airport and only 11 miles from the beach. I loved the size of the room. Slept 4 people easily, with two king beds and a great amount of floor space and bathroom space. The rooms were also so clean! And on top of all that the room was only $99 per night! Best hotel by far
Cons: The breakfast could have been alittle better.
Pros: Clean and comfortable hotel
Cons: Hard to get soap out of dispensers, crowded breakfast area
Pros: Close to the Airport
Close to McDonalds, IHop and Tom's Bar which had excellent food
Cons: Breakfast was basic - never had anything but the orange juice
Pros: Conveniently located for my work.
Cons: Ithet put me in a room above garage next to highway, the road construction at night was loud and kept waking us up. Didn't rest to good.
Pros: Localização em frente ao aeroporto
Cons: Não tem elevador. Para quem está sozinho não já ninguém pra ajudar a carregar as malas. Muito complicado.

Cons: Not a thing! :)
Pros: Staff was excellent! Very kind, very genuine, very helpful on all levels. I had to change my room due to a hot water issue and they were as nice as can be.
Cons: Run down appearance
Pros: It was on the beach; close to a grocery store & Wslgreens; had a late night bar; waiter/waitress on the beach where we ordered drinks and food. Beach chairs and umbrellas too.
Cons: Check-in was 4 pm but they got me into a room by 11 am so it all worked out for me.
Pros: Nice hotel and nice location

Cons: I didnt like the extra charge for the valet parking and the resort!!!
Choose this hotel and you might get a free upgraded. It happened to me and got a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite with a view of the ocean. Great experience at this hotel.
Pros: I liked that the hotel was right on the ocean and was fairly close to get to the highway. The staff were helpful and had preprinted directions for places that attract most tourists.
Cons: I didn't like the resort fee charge that was added on and the breakfast in the hotel is overpriced.
Loved it. Would stay again.
Pros: We loved ocean and pool. Location was great so many choices of food within very short walking distance.
has great potential but needs reform mainly in bathrooms
Pros: Location was very good
Cons: Kitchen cabinets and bathroom were in disrepair

Pros: Lovely staff. So convenient to have the pool and Shuckers restaurant right on premises. Good breakfast provided in lobby area. Easy access to all parts of Miami.
Cons: This appears to be an older hotel perhaps in need of some updates. Lack of outlets in room was supplemented by power strips. Shower water turned cool before finished.
