Good customer service
Awful hotel, with untidy looks. We arrived at 10pm and the front desk told us that there is was availability for our room request and that the prepaid reservation we had was a mistake of the site (hotels.com) and no alternative was given.
the location and the service very good
This hotel badly need renovation and refurbishing.
Ok for an overnight
Airport and cruise port shuttle
No elevator. Not near any food
Great value, friendly
A little older but quaint.
Closed to the airport
The only good thing about this hotel it’s very close to the airport and have transportation to the airport.
Hard mattress and stinks, has the smallest bathroom in the world, the tv just has 2 channel with good signal the others 3 channel you can see nothing
Quick access to the airport.
limited food options. open WiFi; its not good for business.
Run down with roaches
Roaches in the room, even 1 on the bed. Their shuttle driver drove past me twice even though I called several times and said where I was standing. I waited outside for about 45 mins, even though I called when I got off the plane and was walking out of the terminal. It took an hour from when I called to when I got picked up. And the front desk guy was annoyed when I complained. Thank Gd I didn't have a child with me to make her suffer through that.
Roaches, inefficiency of shuttle driver.
The cleanliness and no a secure lock from within.
The only bad thing was the stale bagels for breakfast. If all you offer are bagels, muffins, and cereal.......oan juice.....the bread could at least be fresh. Other that it was great and I will stay again. We found this nice cafe/liguor store bar right down the street serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Cockroaches and bed stains
The hotel transportation was speeding and scary. when we got there we saw two cockroaches in the lobby. On our way to the room we heard some very loud sexual activity that I am almost positive was paid for. The room had stains all over the carpets and bedding and the shower was extremely dirty. Worst place I've ever stayed.
I liked the location of the hotel itself
I had young children, and the hotel did not provide any channels so that my kids can watch TV, it seems like the hotel is a stop over for adult only entertainment, my neighbor handling his business with his lady friend and it could be heard, I'm just glad my kids were sleeping at the time. Bathrooms were way too small, not enough amenities.
