Pros (+) 1. Price. 2. Standard motel. Nothing special, but nothing wrong. 3. The Indian husband & wife team that runs this place takes good charge of it, and they are helpful to guests. 4. Definitely better than other nearby motels on this same road. 5. Walking distance to the shopping plaza, from where on can catch a bus to Middletown. 6. Internet is reliable. 7. Coffee is free.
Cons (-) 1. Walls are thin, at least in the second building in the back. 2. Good 15 minute walk to the nearest place to eat (the shopping plaza down the road). 3. Air quality in my room was not perfect, though it took me at least a day or two to notice and wasn't bad enough to change the room.
